You do not need to name every burden for God to hear it. He already knows all four requests, and nothing about them is hidden from him. We join you in bringing them before the Lord, asking that his will be done in each one and that his wisdom, provision, forgiveness, guidance, and deliverance would be exactly what each situation requires.
The foundation for prayer is a living relationship with God through Jesus Christ alone. If you can come to him as your Father, then prayer is open to you, and your personal needs matter to him. If that relationship has never been settled, the one prayer to begin with is, God be merciful to me, a sinner. But for those who are his, prayer is not about getting our own way. It starts with God's purposes, then reaches into our own needs, and returns to his glory.
Bring the four requests simply and honestly, even if they remain unspoken. Do not carry them alone or let them grow heavier than God intends. Cast them on him, because he will sustain you. A few sincere words matter more than many words, and the earnest prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much. We are agreeing with you in prayer, not with presumption, but with trust that the Lord knows best and will do what is good.
