You have asked for groundshaking prayer, and I will pray for your safety with confidence. The strength of such prayer is not in our volume but in this: Jesus Christ is able to save you to the uttermost, and he ever lives to make intercession for you. He is not before the Father as your accuser. He is your advocate and high priest, presenting you as one he has washed and claimed. When fear leaves you unsure how to pray, the Spirit himself intercedes for you with groanings too deep for words. Your safety is not limited by the weakness of your own words.
Scripture says safety belongs to the Lord. A horse can be prepared for the day of battle, but true deliverance comes from him. Unless the Lord guards the city, the watchman stays awake in vain. So I am asking him to be your refuge and fortress, to hide you in the secret place of the Most High, and to cover you with his wings. His truth is your shield and buckler. The place of real safety is abiding in Christ, not trusting in the life of the flesh or its false securities. Those cannot protect you or give you rest. His protection can.
Father, guard this one who has asked for prayer. Surround them with your presence, deliver them from every hidden snare, and let them know Jesus is interceding for them right now. Keep them safe, calm their fear, and draw them close to you. In Jesus' name, Amen.
