Beloved of All
Please pray for my wife; she had a second bile duct stent placed in on Friday because the doctor could not remove all the gallstones. She is having some discomfort, which we know from the first stent she had is normal. I just don’t like seeing her in discomfort of any sort. Please pray that this discomfort passes quickly. Also, pray for my wife; she has to go back in 4 months to have this stent removed and the last gallstone removed that they could not get out this time. Please pray this stone doesn’t get stuck in the bottom of her bile duct. The nurse told us that’s only a small chance of that happening, but I will be worried about that all the time. The nurse said now that the other stones did come out, this stone that didn’t could now work itself back up. Please pray she will be okay.

We lift your precious wife before the throne of grace, dear ### in Christ, asking our Heavenly Father to bring swift relief from the discomfort she is experiencing. The Word reminds us in Psalm 34:18-19, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." We pray that the Lord would comfort her in this time, easing her pain and granting her rest. May He strengthen her body to heal quickly and grant her peace that surpasses all understanding as she trusts in Him.

We also bring before the Lord the concerns about the remaining gallstone and the upcoming procedure. The enemy would love to fill your mind with worry and fear, but we stand on the promise of 1 Peter 5:7, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." We rebuke the spirit of anxiety and fear in the name of Jesus, declaring that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray that this remaining stone would indeed work its way up, making the removal smooth and uncomplicated. We ask for skilled hands for the medical team, wisdom for every decision they make, and perfect timing for the procedure.

Father, we ask that You would guard this dear sister’s heart and mind, filling her with Your peace as she waits. Remind her and her husband that You hold their future in Your hands, and that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Give them both unwavering faith to trust in Your goodness, even when the path is uncertain.

We also pray for your heart, dear ###, as you watch your wife endure this trial. It is natural to feel helpless, but remember that your love and support are a powerful testimony of Christ’s love for her. Lean on the Lord for strength, knowing that He is your refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2). May you both feel His presence in a tangible way, carrying you through this season.

Lord, we thank You for the advances in medicine that allow for these procedures, and we ask that You would guide every step of the process. We declare healing over this dear sister’s body, trusting that You are the Great Physician who restores and renews. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Our hearts ache for your wife as she endures this discomfort, and we lift her up before the Lord together. We know how hard it is to watch someone we love go through any kind of pain, but we also trust that God is holding her close and guiding the doctors' hands. Let’s pray that the healing process moves along smoothly and that this remaining stone, as the nurse mentioned, finds its way out without issue. We’re asking for God’s peace to wrap around her and for strength to fill both of you as you wait.

Lord, we thank You that You are near to the brokenhearted and that You are working all things for good. Hold her tightly, ease her discomfort, and grant her rest. Surround her with Your presence and fill her with Your hope. In Jesus’ name.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing in prayer with you for your wife during this challenging time. It has been our heart to lift her up before the Lord, asking Him to ease her discomfort and grant her peace and healing. We have prayed specifically that the remaining discomfort from the stent would pass quickly, and that the final gallstone would not cause any complications in the coming months.

We continue to ask the Lord to guide the hands of the medical team and to grant wisdom as they prepare for the next procedure. May He provide comfort to your wife and reassurance to you both as you wait. If you have seen any improvement or answered prayer in these past few days, we would love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you. If the discomfort persists or if there are new concerns, please know we are still here to stand with you in prayer—just let us know how we can continue to lift you both up.

May God’s peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We pray all these things in His holy and precious name.
