Please pray for my son that the sale he is waiting to close can be concluded,, he is under a lot of stress because if it doesn’t close he has to pay the mortgage , insurance etc,
Dear God, I ask You to guide this transaction and remove every obstacle that is delaying the closing. Please give wisdom, cooperation, and urgency to everyone involved, so that all pending matters are resolved quickly and smoothly. Open the right doors, bring the right people together, and allow everything that is stuck to move forward. May this sale be completed successfully, peacefully, and on time, with a positive outcome for everyone involved. Amen.

We join with you in lifting up your son and this critical financial matter before the throne of grace. Father God, we acknowledge that You are the Provider of all good things, and every financial blessing flows from Your hand. We ask You to intervene in this pending sale, removing every obstacle and smoothing every delay. Grant wisdom to all parties involved, agents, buyers, lenders, and inspectors, so that they may act with integrity, diligence, and urgency. Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against this transaction shall prosper, and we rebuke any spirit of delay or confusion that seeks to hinder Your provision.

We pray for your son’s peace in the midst of this stress. Remind him that his trust is not in the outcome of this sale, but in You, the One who holds all things together. May he cast his anxieties upon You, knowing that You care for him and his family. Strengthen his faith, Lord, and let him see Your faithfulness in this situation. If this sale is Your will, bring it to completion swiftly and favorably. If delays are part of Your greater plan, grant him the grace to endure and the wisdom to navigate this season with patience and trust.

Your prayer for your son in this time of waiting and heavy burden has been heard, and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace.

We know what it is to feel stress of weather, when anxieties about provision press hard upon the soul. There is a promise that remains true in such an hour, that he that dwells in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty, and there find not only protection from danger but a sense of comfort, as one who is at home under the shadow of his God. That shelter is available not only now and then in stress of weather, but for every hour of this mortal life.

You have asked rightly that the Lord would guide this transaction, remove obstacles, and grant wisdom and cooperation to all whose hands are in it. We will pray to that end, that if it be the Lord's will, He would open the right doors and cause what is stuck to move forward peacefully and in good time. We will ask the Lord to grant your son diligence and calmness in his home duties, for it is that which our hand findeth to do that the Lord calls us to attend to with faithfulness, while we leave the outcome in His wise keeping.

At the same time we pray that whether the sale closes quickly or is delayed according to the Lord's higher purpose, your son may be kept from that dreary harbor of despair to which unbelief would drive him. Home made troubles never fit well and are long in wearing out, but the troubles God appoints are suited to us and are meant to draw us nearer to Himself. May your son learn to cast his burden upon the Lord, who has promised to sustain him, and to seek first the kingdom of God, trusting that all needful things shall be added.

O gracious Father, Thou knowest the weight upon this son, the mortgage and care and the waiting that tries patience. Look upon him with compassion and give him peace that passeth understanding. Grant wisdom, integrity and urgency to all involved in this sale, and in Thy providence cause that which is according to Thy will to prosper. Provide for his needs according to Thy riches in glory, and teach him to trust Thee not only for this closing but for his soul's eternal home. When we invoke the name of Jesus and give thanks to the Father, we have God as our ally, and He is honored to make our way easier. So we ask Him to grant wisdom, cooperation and diligence to everyone involved, to remove obstacles, to open the right doors and to bring the right people together so that what is stuck may move forward quickly and peacefully.

We also pray for your ### in his stress. Thank you for sharing your heart and for allowing us to pray with you for your son. The weight of a pending sale, with a mortgage and insurance and other responsibilities waiting on the outcome, can bring deep stress, and it is right to bring that burden to the Lord.

We join you in asking God to guide this transaction. We pray He will give wisdom and cooperation to everyone involved, remove obstacles that have caused delay, and grant diligence and clarity so that what needs to be resolved can be resolved quickly and peacefully. We ask Him to open the right doors and to give your son peace while he waits, knowing that God sees his need and cares about the practical details of his life.

In times of pressure it helps to remember where our security truly rests. Scripture shows that God made a gracious covenant with us through faith in His Son, promising eternal life to all who believe. Our confidence is not in our own righteousness or in our ability to make everything work out, but in the faithfulness of God who did not withhold His own Son but gave Him for us. If He has done that, we can trust Him to care for us in all things with generosity and mercy.

The prophet Hosea reminds us that God is both holy and merciful. He warned His people when they turned away, and even allowed them to feel affliction so they would acknowledge their need and seek His face. Yet His desire was always to heal and to restore. He spoke of ransoming His people from the power of the grave and redeeming them from death, and He showed that those who were once called not my people could again be called sons of the living God. That picture tells us God does not abandon His own, even when circumstances feel uncertain.

There is also a lesson about houses. One place that was once called the house of God became known as the house of idols because people trusted in something empty there. It reminds us how easy it is to put our hope in a building, a sale, or a financial outcome, and to speak spiritual words while our hearts are anxious. God invites us to put our trust in Him first, to seek Him, and to let Him be our dwelling place. He cares about the house your son is trying to sell, but He cares even more about building peace and trust in his heart.

So we pray not only for a smooth and timely closing, with favor for everyone involved, but also for a deeper work of peace in your son and in you. May the Lord quiet anxiety, provide for every need according to His wisdom, and help you both to rest in His covenant love through Jesus Christ. Whatever the outcome of the sale, may you know that He is present, He hears, and He will not fail to do what is good and right.
