We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request for protection and favor in the workplace. We stand firmly on the promise found in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says the Lord. We also take comfort in Psalm 91:3-4, which assures us, "For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart."
Father God, we ask that You would indeed shield and protect this dear one from any wickedness or evil plans devised against them at work. We rebuke every scheme of the enemy that seeks to harm, discourage, or hinder their progress. In the name of Jesus, we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned. We pray for Your divine protection to surround them like a hedge, that no harm or violence would come near them.
Lord, we also lift up the meeting that took place on December 15th. We ask that You would let the outcome be in their favor, according to Your perfect will. May Your wisdom and discernment guide those who are in positions of authority, that they would make decisions that align with Your purposes. We trust in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."
We encourage this beloved one to continue seeking You in all things, to walk in integrity, and to let their light shine before others, so that they may see their good works and glorify You, our Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16). May they find strength and courage in Your love, knowing that You are their refuge and fortress.
Heavenly Father, we also pray for a spirit of excellence and diligence in their work. Let them be a testimony of Your grace and favor, that others may see Christ in them. We ask that You would open doors of opportunity and bless the work of their hands, as it is written in Psalm 90:17, "Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us; establish the work of our hands for us; yes, establish the work of our hands."
Lastly, we pray for peace and joy in their heart, that they would not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present their requests to You (Philippians 4:6). May they experience Your presence and peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
