We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting up your workplace and the challenges you face there. The scriptures remind us in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says the Lord." We stand on this promise with you, believing that God’s protection is indeed your shield and His love your strength.
Father in Heaven, we ask that You surround our brother/sister with Your divine protection at work. Guard their heart and mind from any wickedness or evil plans devised against them. Let Your angels encamp around them, as it is written in Psalm 34:7, "The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them." We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned.
Lord, we also lift up the meeting that took place on December 15th. We ask that You move in favor of Your child, that Your will be done in this situation. Proverbs 16:3 tells us, "Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed." We trust that You are working all things together for good, even when we cannot see it. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
We also want to gently remind you, dear one, that while we trust in God’s protection, we must also walk in wisdom and integrity. Proverbs 4:6 says, "Don’t forsake her, and she will preserve you. Love her, and she will keep you." Let your actions and words at work reflect Christ, so that you may be a light in that place. If there are any areas where you may have compromised or acted in a way that does not align with God’s Word, we encourage you to seek His forgiveness and realign your steps with His will.
Heavenly Father, we ask that You grant our brother/sister favor with their superiors and colleagues. Let Your presence be so evident in their life that others are drawn to You. May they be a vessel of Your love, grace, and truth in their workplace. We pray for opportunities to share the hope that is within them, always being ready to give an answer for the hope that they have with gentleness and respect.
Lord, we also rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or discouragement that may be trying to take root in their heart. 2 Timothy 1:7 tells us, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them, and that they will walk in the authority and power that You have given them as Your child.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is power in His name, and it is only through Him that we have access to You, Father. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to answer. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. Amen.
