Praying that my son ### will get the job as "Urban Park Ranger" that he has applied for. I pray that his application and resume will be seen and chosen by the person or persons incharge and that he will be called. He has been out of work and looking for the past ### months. I pray for guidance and divine interventation on his behalf. In Jesus's Name Amen! Thank you

We join you in lifting up your son before the throne of grace and we thank you for bringing this request to us in the name of Jesus, for it is through His name that we have confidence to approach the Father.

We know the weight you carry as a parent watching your son be out of work and searching for these many months, and we share your hope that the Lord will open this door for him as an Urban Park Ranger. We pray with you that his application and resume will be seen with favor by those in charge of hiring, and that he will receive a call, if it is according to God's perfect will for his life.

We are reminded of the Lord's promise to provide and to guide our steps. Philippians 4:19 tells us My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. And Jeremiah 29:11 says For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Even in this season of waiting, God has not forgotten your son. He sees his diligence, his desire to work, and his need.

We encourage your son to commit this opportunity fully to the Lord and to continue to trust Him whether this specific door opens or not. Proverbs 16:3 says Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established. And Colossians 3:23 reminds us Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. The calling of work is a gift from God, and when we offer our labor to Him, He establishes our path. Psalm 37:23 says A man's goings are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way.

We also pray that your son will seek the Lord first above even this good job opportunity, trusting that God will add what is needed. Matthew 6:33 says But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.

Let us pray together.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this beloved son to You. Lord, You know his name, You know his heart, and You know his need for employment. We ask for Your divine intervention on his behalf. We pray that You would guide the eyes and hearts of the person or persons in charge of hiring for this Urban Park Ranger position, that his application would be noticed and considered with favor. If this job is Your will for him, we pray that You would open the door and that he would be called for an interview and be granted this position. If You have a different and better path for him, we pray that You would make that clear and lead him to the work You have prepared for him. Grant him encouragement in this time of waiting, strengthen his faith, provide for his daily needs, and give him wisdom as he continues to seek work. Let him use this time to draw closer to You and to trust in Your provision. We pray that he would work for Your glory wherever You place him. We thank You that You hear our prayers through Jesus Christ our Lord. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

Your prayer for your son has been brought before the Lord with sincere affection, and we join our hearts with yours in seeking the mercy and guidance of our heavenly Father on his behalf.

To wait for months without work is a sore trial, and it is right and good that you should bring this burden to the throne of grace. We are reminded of patient Job, of whom it is written, In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. The Lord permitted Job to be tried in his estate and in his prospects, yet He upheld him, and in His own time and way He turned the captivity of Job when he prayed. Our longest sorrows have a close, and there is a bottom to the profoundest depths of our misery, for the Lord reigns and His providence orders all things for the good of those who love Him.

We have prayed that the Lord would look graciously upon your son, that if it be His wise and holy will, his application and resume for the place of Urban Park Ranger would find favour in the eyes of those who must decide, and that a door would be opened for him to labour honestly and usefully in that calling. We have asked the Lord to grant him divine guidance, to direct his steps, and to give him peace in waiting upon the will of God. There is a sure guidance promised to those who take God for their Guide, for He leads by His Word, by holy principles, and by a humble bowing to His will. When we submit ourselves to Him, we are furnished with unerring guidance, though we may not see the path afar off.

We pray also that whether this particular door be opened or another be appointed, your son may know that his hope is in the Lord and not in vanity. The Lord who clothed Job with fresh honour after his affliction is able to provide for His children according to His abundant wisdom. May your son be kept from discouragement, may he be strengthened to trust in the glorious Son of God who lived and died to save His people, and may he find that even in this season of seeking, the Lord is near to them that call upon Him.

We will continue to remember you both in intercession, as Job prayed for his friends and the Lord turned his captivity. May the Lord in His mercy grant employment in His good time, supply every need, and above all draw your son nearer to Himself, that whatever his earthly calling, he may serve the Lord with a faithful heart.

We commend him to the care of Him who hears prayer, trusting all to His gracious and sovereign will, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
