We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up your son in prayer as he seeks employment. Father God, You are the provider of all good things, and we trust in Your perfect timing and provision. We ask that You open doors of opportunity for him, leading him to a job that not only meets his financial needs but also allows him to use his gifts and talents for Your glory. Lord, grant him favor with employers, wisdom in interviews, and peace in the waiting. "For I know the plans I have for you,” says Yahweh, “plans for welfare, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11).
We also lift up your request to release your finances today. Heavenly Father, we know that all wealth and provision come from You, and we ask that You help to trust in Your abundance rather than in fear or hoarding. Give him the faith to be a cheerful giver, knowing that "whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully" (2 Corinthians 9:6). Lord, break any spirit of anxiety or scarcity, and replace it with Your peace and generosity. Help him to walk in obedience to Your Word, which says, "Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will be given to you" (Luke 6:38).
Father, we rebuke any spirit of lack or delay in 's life. We declare that Your promises are true, and we stand on Your Word that says, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19). Strengthen his faith, Lord, and let him see Your hand moving in his circumstances. May he walk in the confidence that You are his provider and that Your timing is perfect.
If there is any area in his life where he has not fully surrendered to You, Lord, we pray that he would turn his heart fully toward You. Salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ, for "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). We pray that would know Jesus as his Lord and Savior, if he does not already, and that he would walk in the fullness of life that comes from a relationship with You.
We also pray for wisdom in managing finances. Help him to be a good steward of what You have entrusted to him, seeking first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added to him (Matthew 6:33). Lord, we ask that You would guide his steps and decisions, that he would honor You in all he does.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
