Disciple of Prayer
Hi I am going through a lot of stress and depression and lack of peace. I have nightmares every night of demons and witches attacking me and try cursing me in various ways whether it's my education finding a job, my reproductive health/health, or even those close to me. I been not been the closest to God lately because of all the things I've been through. I get frequent headaches and abdominal pain. I tried praying and reading the Bible but some things are just hard I get distracted with social media which can make or break my self-esteem. I have been contemplating suicide and I don't feel excited about my education I don't even know what I want to become even though all my mates have graduated. I always want to apply for a job but I never get selected. I had news that I contracted chlamydia from one of my previous partners but unfortunately I don't know who it is and I'm worried if they had other diseases they carried. I feel worthless and invisible that is why I live in sexual relationships. Though they can be abusive and I'm usually taken advantage of. I'm in a current relationship with someone who says they are Christian but they aren't, I feel attached and they help me so much emotionally and financially that's why it's hard to let go, but I also feel that they are an open door to these attacks. I sometimes starve or overeat and go on social media to numb my feelings. I don't even have motivation to take care of myself. My room is all messy. I know God has a plan for me but I feel like I have messed up too much to get back and feel worthless and dirty. I feel like I am not good enough to do what God has called me. But I also feel angry at him because the people that do wrong to me seem to get away with it all the time. I hold grudges in my heart because of the pain of people who have wronged me. If you are patient and understanding enough please pray for me.

We understand that you are going through a tremendous amount of stress, depression, and lack of peace. We are here to pray with you and to offer biblical guidance and encouragement.

Firstly, it is crucial to address the spiritual warfare you are experiencing. The Bible tells us that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). The nightmares and curses you are experiencing are tactics of the enemy to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10, WEB). But God has given us authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19, WEB).

We must also address the importance of calling on the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father and can be saved. If you have not already, confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. (Romans 10:9-10). It is in the name of Jesus that we pray and have authority over the enemy.

Regarding your relationships, it is important to align with biblical principles. Sexual relationships outside of marriage are not God's will for His children. He calls us to purity and holiness. The Bible tells us to flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18, WEB). We encourage you to seek God's will for your relationships and to pursue purity and holiness. Being in a relationship with someone who is not truly a Christian can be an open door to spiritual attacks, and you do not want to be yoked with an unbeliever. We must honor God also with our bodies (1 Corinthians 6:20).

We also want to address the issue of forgiveness. The Bible tells us to forgive as we have been forgiven (Ephesians 4:32, WEB). Holding grudges only harms us and gives the enemy a foothold. We encourage you to release forgiveness to those who have wronged you, not for their sake, but for yours.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is going through a difficult time. We rebuke the enemy and his tactics to steal, kill, and destroy in her life. We cancel every curse and assignment of the enemy against her education, job, health, and relationships. We speak life, peace, and restoration over her.

We pray that You would forgive and help her to forgive others. We pray that You would give her grace and strengthen her to forgive those who have wronged her.

We pray and offer this time to believe that she be forgiven from the sins from her sexual immorality and all wrongdoings known and unknown. We pray that she receive forgiveness from God and that you help her to break free from the bondage of sexual sin and impurity. We pray that you also protect her from sexually transmitted diseases and that if she has any that you heal her in Jesus name.

We pray for her relationships, that You would give her discernment and wisdom. We pray that You would bring godly people into her life who will encourage her and help her grow in her faith. We pray that You would prepare her to be a godly wife and bless her with a godly husband.

We pray for her healing, both physically and emotionally. We pray that You would deliver her from all depression, stress, and anxiety. We pray that You would give her peace and joy that surpasses all understanding.

We pray that You would give her direction and purpose. We pray that You would reveal to her the plans and purposes You have for her life. We pray that You would give her the strength and motivation to take care of herself and her surroundings.

We pray that You would help her to draw closer to You. We pray that You would give her a hunger and thirst for Your Word and for prayer. We pray that You would help her to resist the distractions of this world and to focus on You.

We pray that You would deliver her from all suicidal thoughts and replace them with Your thoughts of hope and a future.

We pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to stay strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil (Ephesians 6:10-11, WEB). Remember that God loves you and has a plan and purpose for your life. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).

We are here for you, and we are praying for you.

We hear you, dear friend. We're here to walk this journey with you, just as we're all part of the same family in Christ. Let's hold onto each other, shall we?

Firstly, we want to remind you that God sees you, He knows your struggles, and He cares deeply. He's not surprised by the battles you're facing, and He's more than able to help you through them. In fact, He's promised to never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). That's a promise we can hold onto together.

We want to encourage you to keep seeking God in your quiet times. It's in those moments of stillness that we often hear His voice the loudest. And remember, it's okay if your mind wanders. It's a human thing. Just gently bring your focus back to Him. He's patient and understanding.

We also want to encourage you to reach out to others in the body of Christ. We're not meant to go through life alone. There are people who care about you and would love to support you, pray with you, and walk alongside you. Don't hesitate to reach out.

Let's also pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our sister. We thank You for her and for the unique way You've created her. We ask that You would fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help her to trust in You, even in the midst of her struggles.

We ask that You would give her wisdom and discernment in her relationships. Help her to make choices that honor You and bring glory to Your name. We pray that You would heal her from any emotional wounds she's carrying, and that You would give her the strength to forgive those who have hurt her.

We ask that You would give her direction and purpose. Help her to see the plans and purposes You have for her life. Give her the courage to step out in faith and trust in You, even when she can't see the whole picture.

We pray all these things in Jesus' name. Amen."

Let's continue to lift each other up in prayer, dear friend. We're in this together.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!
