We hear your cry and we lift you up together before the throne of grace in Jesus' name, for you are carrying a heavy burden in your body, at your workplace, in your finances, and in your mind, and we want you to know that God sees all of it.
We pray first for your physical healing, for your back and neck and chest that are hurting badly and burning so that you can barely go. We ask the Lord to touch your body with His healing hand and give you relief and strength to move and to work. We remember the promise that by His wounds you have been healed, as it is written in Isaiah 53:5, But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. And in Jeremiah 30:17, But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We also pray for wisdom for any medical care you need, and we ask God to guide the hands of those who can help you and to ease this burning pain.
We also bring before the Lord the difficult situation at your job where others are pouring salt and trying to run you away out of jealousy because you were hired for the full time housekeeping position. We know how draining it is to face hostility where you should find provision. We pray for your protection and for favor with your employers and coworkers. We pray that God will be your shield and your defender, for Psalm 91:1 says He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. And Psalm 5:12 tells us For you will bless the righteous. Yahweh, you will surround him with favor as with a shield. We ask God to let your work be seen and valued, and to soften the hearts of those who oppose you. We encourage you not to return evil for evil, but to entrust yourself to God who judges justly. Jesus taught us in Matthew 5:44, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. And Romans 12:19 reminds us Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. Continue to do your work faithfully as unto the Lord, for Colossians 3:23 says Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men.
We lift up your financial need and the threat of eviction, and the mental exhaustion you feel from not making enough for rent. God knows your need for shelter and provision and He cares deeply for you. We pray that He will open doors for provision, whether through your current job, additional help, or unexpected favor, and that He will make a way to keep a roof over your head. Philippians 4:19 promises My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. And Matthew 6:33 says But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. We pray for peace over your mind where you feel drained, for God invites you to rest in Him. Matthew 11:28 says Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. And Philippians 4:6-7 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. We also pray Isaiah 40:29 over you, He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name. Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It is through His name we pray with confidence.
So together we pray, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is in pain and under pressure. Lord, touch this back and neck and chest, remove this burning and hurting, and restore health and strength. Lay Your healing hand upon this body and grant relief and the ability to move and breathe without pain. Lord, protect this child at work from harassment and jealousy, surround this workplace with Your peace, grant favor with supervisors, and let no weapon formed against this job prosper. Provide for every financial need, open the windows of heaven for rent and daily bread, prevent eviction, and bring stability and hope. Guard this mind and heart, replace mental exhaustion with Your perfect peace and strength, and let Your presence be felt as a refuge. Help this dear one to cast all anxiety on You because You care, as 1 Peter 5:7 says. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.
We encourage you to keep bringing every worry to God in prayer, to rest in His promises, and to seek Him daily in His Word. He is your helper, for Psalm 121:2 says My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth. He has not forgotten you, and He will sustain you through this trial.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
