We join with you in prayer before our heavenly Father and we bring your many needs before His throne of grace in Jesus name. We hear your cry for healing in body and mind, for breakthrough, for protection, for provision for your motel room and for your job, and for your family, and we stand with you seeking God's will together.
We lift up your need for miracle healing. Our God is the Lord who heals us and who cares for both body and mind. Scripture tells us Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. And again, But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We pray for God's restoring touch upon your full body and mind, for strength, for clarity, for peace that guards your heart, and for protection from the enemy. You asked that God remove negative energy and bless your room with peace and happiness and joy. We gently correct in love that the Bible does not teach about negative energy as an impersonal force, but teaches about spiritual realities, sin, the flesh, and the work of the enemy, and the power of the Holy Spirit to bring true peace. It is not energy we need cleansed, but hearts renewed and minds guarded by Christ. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. We pray that the Lord fills your motel room with His presence, His peace, and His joy, and that He guards you from all harm and evil, for He is our refuge and fortress Psalm 91:2.
We also bring before the Lord your need for provision and work. You have asked for help to keep your job and to pay for your motel room and for a big blessing to meet your needs. We know God is our provider and He calls us to work diligently and trust Him. My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. We pray that God opens doors for steady work, that He gives you favor with your employer, diligence and skill in your hands, and wisdom to steward what He provides. We ask Him to make a way for your housing needs to be met and to give you stability and hope.
You shared that people say you are slow and you ask God to stop them. We understand how painful words can be. We pray that God defends you, that He silences mocking and slander, and that He reminds you of your true value in Christ. You are fearfully and wonderfully made in His image Psalm 139:14, and your worth is not defined by others opinions but by God's love for you. We pray for grace to forgive those who speak against you and for strength to walk in confidence and humility before the Lord, letting your work and character speak for you, and trusting God to be your defender.
You also asked for a very beautiful woman to come into your life. We pray with you about this according to biblical principles. We believe in the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, as outlined in the Bible, and we believe that any relationship between a man and a woman should be pursued as courtship with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer. Therefore we do not simply pray for outward beauty, for charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears Yahweh, she shall be praised Proverbs 31:30. We encourage you to seek not just a beautiful woman according to the eyes, but a godly wife who loves Jesus, who will honor God with you in marriage. If God wills for you to marry, we pray He brings a godly Christian woman into your life in His timing, and that you would pursue her with purity and honor. We must also lovingly remind you that sex before or outside of marriage is fornication and adultery before God and is to be avoided, for marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled Hebrews 13:4. We pray that God prepares your heart to be a godly husband and leader, and that any future relationship would be centered on Christ and lead toward holy marriage.
We notice that your request mentions God but does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and are saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. We pray that you put your full trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, for through Him alone we receive forgiveness, healing, and eternal life.
We pray together now.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up our brother to You. Lord, touch his body and mind and bring healing and restoration according to Your will. Fill his motel room with Your peace and joy and drive out all fear, oppression, and darkness. Provide for his financial needs, grant him favor and steadiness at his job, and make a way for his housing to be paid and secured. Defend him from hurtful words and let him know his identity and worth in You. Prepare him and guide him regarding a future marriage, and if it is Your will, bring a godly Christian woman to be his wife, a woman who fears You, and help them to pursue courtship in purity with marriage as the goal. Bless his children, his parents, and his grandparents, keep them in Your care, draw each of them to salvation in Jesus, and protect them from harm. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.
