Disciple of Prayer
I’m coming for praying today yes I do accept my father god my prayer for my household to continue to get alone me my fiancé getting alone pray for my income I just want to continue to put god first also my ### year old daughter is going off for college lil scared 😢🙏🏾but pray god cover and protect her ask to forgive me for all my sins

We hear your heart and lift up your household before the throne of grace, giving thanks for your desire to put God first in all things. It is beautiful to see your faith in the Father, but we must gently remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. Jesus Himself said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me" (John 14:6). There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is in His name alone that we pray.

First, we must address the matter of your fiancé. The Bible is clear that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, designed by God to reflect His love and faithfulness (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). Living together or engaging in intimacy before marriage is not aligned with God’s design and is considered fornication (1 Corinthians 6:18-20, Hebrews 13:4). We strongly encourage you to honor God by either pursuing marriage without delay or living separately until you are husband and wife. This is not to bring condemnation but to call you both to a higher standard of holiness, as God desires purity and obedience in His children.

We also lift up your daughter as she prepares for college. It is natural to feel concern, but we declare God’s protection and guidance over her. May she grow in wisdom, discernment, and faith, standing firm in the truth of Christ even in a world that often opposes Him. We pray that she finds a community of believers who will encourage her walk with the Lord. "The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forward and forevermore" (Psalm 121:8).

For your household’s unity, we pray that God would knit your hearts together in love and purpose. May He strengthen your family to walk in harmony, putting Him first in all decisions. For your income, we ask the Lord to provide for all your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Trust in Him, for He is your Provider and Sustainer.

Lastly, we rejoice in your desire for forgiveness. The blood of Jesus covers all sin when we repent and turn to Him (1 John 1:9). We encourage you to walk in that freedom, continually seeking His will and surrendering your life to Him.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this family to You. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness where we have fallen short, and we thank You for the grace that covers us. We pray for this household, that You would draw them closer to You and to one another. Father, we ask that You would guide this couple into Your perfect will for marriage, that they would honor You in their relationship and pursue holiness together. Protect their daughter as she steps into this new season, surrounding her with Your presence and godly influences. Provide for every need, both spiritually and materially, and let Your peace reign in their home. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to keep You first in all things. We declare Your promises over them and trust in Your unfailing love. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for opening your heart to us today. We’re glad you came to pray, and we’re honored to stand with you right where you are.

You named several things that matter deeply to you: peace in your home, the bond with your fiancé, steady income, and your daughter leaving for college. That last part, the fear you mentioned, makes so much sense. When someone we raised steps into a new season, even a good one, it can unearth a mix of pride and a shaky, prayerful sort of worry. You’re not alone in that; we feel the weight of it with you.

We also noticed how your request flows together. You asked for God’s covering over your daughter, for your household to keep getting along, for your finances, and for forgiveness of your sins, all while saying you want to put God first. That order of your heart is a steady thing. God already knows every sin you’ve brought to mind, and 1 John tells us that when we confess, He is faithful and just to forgive. So we don’t pray for something you have to earn; we pray in the confidence that His forgiveness is already given, and we ask Him to let you feel its release right now.

For your daughter, we ask for protection, wise friends, and a strong sense of belonging, and for you, a deep quiet in your spirit as she goes. For your household, we ask that patience and kindness would flourish, and for your income, that God would meet your needs in ways that remind you He sees you.

Father, thank You that we can come to You with everything. Please cover this daughter of Yours with peace as her girl leaves home; place a hedge of safety around her and help her grow in the direction You have for her. Bless this household with harmony and daily grace. Provide for their needs and steady the work of their hands. And let Your forgiveness wash over this mom, silencing accusation and filling her with the rest that comes from being fully loved in Jesus. In His name we pray, amen.

Lord, whatever this person is facing, I pray that they overcome it. Fill them with joy and peace. The same way you did me. Lord, I pray that they get freed from their addictions and they can overcome temptation please help this person who is struggling, let them know that we love them and so do you. You are valued. I pray this in the name of Jesus, amen.

There is forgiveness with God, full, free, and present. You have cried out for the pardon of your sins, and the Word stands sure: "I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake." The Just One died for the unjust, and therefore forgiveness is no longer a hope that may fail, but a fact that cannot be shaken. Let no dark thought whisper that your sins are too great. Where God draws no limit, draw none yourself. The tally is destroyed, the record nailed to the Cross. Believe it for yourself this very hour.

From this fountain of mercy, let the streams flow to your whole household. You long for your family to dwell in unity and for your home to be ordered aright. Then be earnest that your household, like the jailer's, should hear the word, believe, and be set in the way of salvation. God loves the tents of Jacob where brothers dwell in holy harmony, but that harmony is the fruit of hearts submitted to Christ. Set the gospel before that daughter who now goes from your sight to college. You tremble with a parent's holy fear, yet the Lord who forgives is the Lord who keeps. He who blots out sin can cover her with His feathers when she is beyond your reach. Trust the Shepherd of Israel, who neither slumbers nor sleeps, to preserve her. More can be done upon the knees in prayer than your anxieties can ever accomplish.

As to your income and your desire to set God first, remember that forgiveness leads to favor. Seek first the Kingdom, and trust the Heavenly Father who knows your needs. Let not unbelief, that prolific sin, enter your door. And concerning your fiancé, see to it that the mutual forgiveness Christ commands among His people marks your walk together, even as you look toward that lifelong covenant. Let the example of Christ's complete and continuous pardon be your pattern in every earthly bond, forgiving one another even as you have been forgiven. Be not merely hearers, but doers of this word. The grace that has set your own debt at naught will enable you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The first and greatest good for your household is this: a man and his wife agreeing together. Where love exists between you and your fianc, no discord finds entrance; other blessings follow. Strive, then, for that harmony of souls, for when the rulers of the house are at peace, all the members rest. This matters more than wealth or rank. Do not let anxiety about income disturb that peace. He who despises money already receives his reward, being freed from anxiety and rivalry. Put God first, and earthly cares lose their sting. If you will groan and look up to God, He sends His own Word, compunction, to free you from vain toil. Forgive, show mercy, humble your soul before Him, and your sins will be cleansed; there are many ways that purify, and confession wipes away the stain.

As for your daughter, fear not. Prepare her feet with the gospel of peace, that is, a virtuous life. This is the true covering: to walk in the fear of the Lord, abounding in the consolation of the Holy Ghost. Remember how the Lord loved us so greatly that He gave His Son for us, ungrateful servants. He will watch over her departure, just as He ordered the steps of Paul and the saints, providentially guiding them for their good and the preaching of His name. Entrust her to Him, and let your own household be a place where the poor and godly are welcomed, for they will help you care for your children and servants, yielding spiritual profit. Let your prayers be joined with such works, and God Himself will be the protector of your child, teaching her the way she should go, even when you do not know the path.

Your desire to put God first and to ask His forgiveness is the right posture for every prayer. It is good that you are bringing your ###, your fears, and your own heart before Him. The greatest need any of us have is the forgiveness of our sins, and that has been fully provided through the blood of Jesus Christ. When He died on the cross, He shed His blood to cleanse us from all unrighteousness, and His resurrection assures us that the work is finished. Forgiveness does not depend on our own efforts or on endless repetitions of sorrow. It is as near as sincere confession. The moment you honestly pour out your sins to God, trusting in Jesus alone, He is faithful and just to forgive you and to cleanse you from everything that separates you from Him. That is the starting point for peace in every other area.

As you pray for your ### and for harmony with your ###, remember that true peace comes when we walk in the light of God’s will. Seek His righteousness together. Let His Word guide your steps, and do not presume on His grace by treating sin lightly, even forgiven sins leave scars, but instead let His mercy fuel a holy and grateful life. The Lord cares about your ### as well, but Jesus taught us that life is more than food and the body more than clothing. Make it your priority to seek His kingdom, and trust that He knows what you need. Your greatest security is always a clean heart and a right relationship with God.

Your ###’s departure for ### stirs a natural fear in any parent’s heart, but you can entrust her to the same God who watched over the child Jesus as He grew in wisdom and grace. He loves little ones and does not despise simple faith. The prayers and training you have given her are not wasted; they are seeds planted in good soil. God is able to cover and protect her, to guide her desires as His own child, and to bring to completion the good work He has begun. Do not let fear dominate you. Instead, worship the Lord for His faithfulness, acknowledging that even when we cannot see the outcome, He is righteous and just in all His ways.

Finally, hold fast to this: Jesus not only forgives your sins, He removes them from you as far as the east is from the west. The sacrifice does not need to be repeated year after year. His blood has made a new covenant, and you can walk in the freedom of a forgiven child. Let that truth settle the restlessness in your soul. Confess your sins, receive His peace, and then rise up to live as one who is no longer guilty but beloved, chosen by grace. God’s will is that you have peace with Him, peace in your home, and hope for your ###’s future, all grounded in the finished work of Christ.
