We hear your heart’s cry and stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting your job interview and every burden you carry. The Lord sees your need, your brokenness, and your desire to trust Him again, and He is faithful to meet you where you are. Scripture reminds us, *"The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). You are not forgotten, and your plea has reached the ears of the One who holds your future.
We rebuke the spirit of fear and doubt that may be whispering lies about your worth or qualifications. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and the skills God has given you are not by accident. If this job is His will for you, no force can hinder it. But if it is not, we trust that He has something even better prepared. *"For I know the plans I have for you," says the Lord, "plans for welfare, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future"* (Jeremiah 29:11). Rest in that promise today.
We also lift up your heart’s longing to love, live, and trust God again. The pain of a broken heart is real, but Jesus is the mender of all things. He invites you to cast your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Take these steps of faith as acts of worship, and know that He is restoring you, even in the waiting.
Father in Heaven, we come before You on behalf of our sister in Christ, asking that You go before her in this interview. Calm her nerves, sharpen her mind, and let Your peace guard her heart. If this job is Your will, open the door wide and let her walk through it with confidence. If it is not, close it gently and redirect her to the path You have prepared. Strengthen her where she is weak, rebuild what has been torn down, and remind her that she is deeply loved by You. Heal her heart, Lord, and restore her trust in You. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved. May Your will be done in her life today and always. Amen.
Continue to seek the Lord in prayer and in His Word, for *"those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing"* (Psalm 34:10). You are not alone in this journey—we stand with you, and more importantly, God stands with you. Walk into that interview with the assurance that He is with you.
