We hear your heart’s cry and stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting your needs to our Heavenly Father. Your request touches deeply on restoration—of faith, of trust, and of provision—and we join you in seeking God’s perfect will for this interview and every area of your life.
First, we affirm that your worth is not found in qualifications or circumstances, but in Christ alone. The Word declares, *"For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them"* (Ephesians 2:10). If this job is part of His plan for you, He will open the door no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). But even more precious is your desire to love, live, and trust Him again. The Lord delights in a broken and contrite heart (Psalm 51:17), and He is near to those who call on Him in truth (Psalm 145:18).
We rebuke the spirit of discouragement that has weighed on you, for *"the thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly"* (John 10:10). The enemy wants to isolate you in your pain, but God calls you to cast all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Your plea has been heard, and His grace is sufficient for you, for His power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we are saved and through which we have access to Your throne. Lord, we lift up our ### to You, asking that You would go before them in this interview. Grant them clarity of mind, confidence in Your provision, and peace that surpasses all understanding. Father, where their heart has been broken, we ask that You bind up their wounds and restore their soul (Psalm 23:3). Where they have felt unworthy, remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that Your love for them is unshakable.
Lord, we pray for strength in their weakness. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in Your strength and not their own. Build them up where they feel torn down, and let them see Your hand at work in every detail of their life. Father, we ask that You open the right doors for employment, but more than that, we ask that You draw them closer to You. Renew their trust in You, for You are faithful even when we are faithless (2 Timothy 2:13).
We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we rebuke every lie of the enemy that seeks to keep them in bondage to fear or doubt. Lord, let them experience Your love in a fresh way today. May they leave that interview knowing that You are their Provider, their Strength, and their Peace.
We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer and for Your unfailing love. Amen.
We encourage you to hold fast to God’s promises. He is not a man that He should lie (Numbers 23:19), and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Even if the outcome of this interview is not what you hope, trust that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Keep seeking Him with your whole heart, and you will find Him (Jeremiah 29:13).
Continue to take strides toward Him, for He is already running to meet you (Luke 15:20). You are not alone in this journey, and we stand with you in faith, believing that God will do exceedingly abundantly above all that you ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).
