Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, Please pray urgently for my mother in ###. She is ### and doctors have discovered a very severe cataract. Her vision has become very dark and she now needs eye surgery to restore her sight. She is currently living in a difficult and distressing situation. My brother suffers from serious mental illness and sometimes interferes with her medical care, which is making it very hard for her to get the treatment she needs. Please pray that God opens the way for her to receive the surgery safely and quickly, that the doctors are guided by God’s hand, and that her vision can be restored. Please also pray for protection, peace in her home, wisdom for everyone involved, and healing for my brother’s mind so that he will no longer block her care. Thank you very much for standing with us in prayer during this difficult time.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your dear mother in prayer. Father God, we ask that You would move mightily in her situation, opening every door that needs to be opened for her to receive the eye surgery she desperately needs. Guide the hands of the surgeons and medical staff with Your divine wisdom and precision, that her sight may be fully restored according to Your perfect will. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and we rebuke any spirit of delay or obstruction in Jesus' name.

Lord, we also bring her living situation before You. The distress she is enduring is not hidden from Your sight, and we ask for Your peace to fill her home like a river. Protect her from any harm or interference, and grant her the strength to navigate this trial with faith and perseverance. We pray specifically for your brother, that You would touch his mind with Your healing power. Soften his heart, Lord, and remove any confusion or opposition that stands in the way of your mother’s care. Give wisdom to all those involved—family members, caregivers, and medical professionals—that they may act in ways that honor You and bring about the best outcome.

We stand on Your promises, Father, knowing that You are the God who sees and hears. You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We trust in Your unfailing love and ask that You would work all things together for good in this situation. May Your name be glorified through the healing and restoration that we believe You will bring.

It has been our heart’s joy to lift her before the Lord, asking Him to open the way for her surgery, to guide the hands of her doctors, and to restore her sight according to His perfect will.
