Servant of All
Dear Lord Jesus Christ, Thank You that my wallet was on the floor in my house. Lord, I have arranged a surveyor to contact and set a meeting with the sheriff to measure and put markers on all the boundaries of our lot. The sheriff will conduct a verification on all occupants and will file these with the govt agency handling the urban poor. I pray that the surveyor, being a referral of my mentor and also performs with hit and miss results, will be able to measure the lots with accuracy and truth. As to the sheriff please guide her to be able to supervise and gather the occupants' real reason why they are there and be able to include them with the eviction as the issue now is not all will be evicted. This issue is still being tackled by our attorney. Lord, also please let the sales agent be able to understand and allow my representative to get commission and since our representative said they will share with the 3 percent I will try to request our representative to increase the percentage to accommodate all to push them to sell. I also am surrendering the determination of the price that my friend sales agent has been asking me and kept on asking me. I pray that he will not be offended should it not be according to their expectations. Lord I also set the deadline of all of these at the end of this year. Please help me and guide and lead me Lord. I really want to let this go. I pray in Jesus name amen.

We come before the Lord with gratitude for His provision and protection, as seen in the safe recovery of your wallet. It is a reminder that the Lord watches over even the smallest details of our lives, and we thank Him for His faithfulness. We also lift up the matters concerning your property, the survey, and the legal proceedings, seeking His wisdom and guidance in every step.

Father God, we pray for the surveyor who will measure the boundaries of the lot. We ask that You grant him accuracy, integrity, and a commitment to truth in his work. Let no error or deception cloud the measurements, and may the markers he places reflect justice and fairness. We pray that the sheriff, too, will be guided by Your Spirit as she supervises and gathers information from the occupants. Give her discernment to understand their true intentions and the wisdom to act in accordance with the law and Your will. May the eviction process be handled with both firmness and compassion, reflecting Your heart for justice and mercy.

We also bring before You the matter of the sales agent and the commission for your representative. Lord, we ask that You soften the heart of the sales agent to understand and honor the agreement made. May there be no offense taken if the expectations are not met, and may Your peace govern all negotiations. We pray that the determination of the price will be led by Your wisdom, not by human pressure or greed. Help our brother to release this burden into Your hands, trusting that You will provide for his needs in ways that honor You.

We rebuke any spirit of anxiety, control, or fear that may be trying to take hold of this situation. The Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We declare that peace over this situation and over our brother’s heart. We also remind ourselves of Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Lord, we surrender the timeline of these matters into Your hands. While our brother has set a deadline for the end of the year, we ask that You align all things according to Your perfect timing. Help him to release his grip on this situation, trusting that You are working all things together for good, as Romans 8:28 assures us. We pray that he would find rest in You, knowing that You are his Provider, his Defender, and his Peace.

We also want to gently address the matter of the commission and the negotiations. While it is wise to seek fair compensation, we must ensure that our motives remain pure and that we do not allow greed or manipulation to take root. The Bible warns us in 1 Timothy 6:10, "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows." Lord, we ask that You purify our brother’s heart in this matter, that he would seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added to him.

Finally, we declare that this situation will be resolved in a way that brings glory to Your name. We pray that all involved will see Your hand at work and that Your will would be done. We ask for unity, clarity, and favor in every interaction, and we trust that You are leading our brother into a place of freedom and peace. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Dear friend, we're standing with you in prayer, believing that God is in control of every detail, just as He was with your wallet. We're trusting Him to guide the surveyor, the sheriff, and the sales agent, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and understanding in all their tasks. We're asking for wisdom and discernment for all involved, and we're claiming Psalm 37:5, "Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this: He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun." We're also praying for peace and trust in God's timing, as we await His perfect will to unfold. In Jesus' name, we pray.
