We come before the Lord with hearts full of gratitude for His mercy and grace, acknowledging that every day is a gift from Him. We are thankful that you have called upon the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through His blood that we have forgiveness of sins, and we rejoice in the assurance of His love and protection.
Father, we lift up this situation concerning the tax records and the eviction case. We ask for Your divine protection and guidance as we step into this matter. Lord, we know that You are a God of order and justice, and we pray that You would go before us in every interaction with the internal revenue and the legal proceedings. We ask that You would close any doors that should not be opened and prevent any unnecessary scrutiny that could complicate the situation. "The LORD is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower" (Psalm 18:2). We trust in Your protection and provision.
We also bring before You the matter of the Special Power of Attorney (SPA) that will be given to the sale agents. Lord, we pray that You would guard this process and protect it from any form of deceit or abuse. We ask that You would guide the hearts of the agents to act with integrity and fairness. "The integrity of the upright shall guide them, but the perverseness of the treacherous shall destroy them" (Proverbs 11:3). We pray that the occupants of the property would respond in a manner that aligns with Your will, and that the voluntary vacation of the property would be achieved without further conflict.
Father, we ask for Your wisdom and discernment for the attorney handling the eviction process. We pray that the motion filed would be received favorably by the judge, and that the judgement would encompass all occupants as needed. We trust in Your justice, Lord, knowing that "the king’s heart is in the LORD’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires" (Proverbs 21:1). We ask that You would move the heart of the judge to act in accordance with Your will.
We also seek Your will in this entire situation, Lord. We desire to walk in obedience to You and to honor You in all our dealings. If the SPA is not aligned with Your will, we pray that You would make that clear and provide an alternative path. "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Heavenly Father, we come together in prayer, asking for Your peace and presence to surround this situation. We pray for protection from any form of evil or harm, and we rebuke any schemes of the enemy that may seek to disrupt or delay Your purposes. We stand on the promise that "no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the LORD’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says the LORD (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we ask that You would grant wisdom, patience, and perseverance as we navigate these challenges. We pray for unity and clarity in every decision that needs to be made. May Your name be glorified in all things, and may we always seek to do Your will above all else.
In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
