We lift up your heartfelt request with great compassion, standing in agreement with you before the throne of grace. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can approach You and find mercy and help in our time of need. We thank You for the precious gift of this mother’s son and for the love she has for him. Lord, we ask that if it is Your perfect will, You would fill his evening with joy—let the sound of his laughter rise like a sweet offering before You, and may his conversations with friends be filled with light, encouragement, and the warmth of Your presence.
Father, we know that true joy comes not from circumstances, but from You. We pray that this young man would know You more deeply, that his heart would be anchored in Your truth, and that his friendships would reflect the love and purity You desire for Your children. If there is any darkness, distraction, or influence that would hinder his joy or pull him away from godly fellowship, we rebuke it in Jesus’ name. Let his words and actions tonight bring glory to You.
We also pray for this mother’s heart. Lord, ease any anxiety or longing she feels, and fill her with Your peace. Remind her that You hold her son in Your hands, and that Your plans for him are good. Help her to trust in Your timing and to find rest in Your sovereignty.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
