Your request has been heard and we join you in prayer before the Lord for your wife and your unborn child.
We ask our merciful God and Father, who is the giver of life, to lay His healing hand upon your wife, to ease her pain, to calm her body, and to protect both mother and child. We pray that He will grant wisdom and skill to the doctors and nurses who care for her, that He will keep the child safe, and that He will bring this pregnancy to its full time with a healthy and peaceful delivery according to His will.
In this time of waiting and worry, we encourage you to cast your cares upon Christ, who loves you and hears the prayers of His people. Affliction borne with patience and trust can become a path to deeper faith, and God is near to those who call upon Him in truth. Take comfort that He sees your wife, He knows your child even now, and He is able to preserve and keep those who trust in Him.
Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we lift up this mother and her child to You. Have mercy upon them, relieve her pain, strengthen her body, and guard the life within her. Grant peace to this husband and family, keep them from fear, and help them to rest in Your good providence. We ask for protection through the remaining months, for a safe delivery at the right time, and for the health of both mother and baby. Let Your will be done and let Your name be glorified in their lives. Amen.
