We join you in giving thanks to God for His goodness, for every good and perfect gift comes from Him and His steadfast love endures forever. We thank Him with you and we bring your requests before His throne together in Jesus name.
We pray for the deep peace and good rest you have asked for. We know that true peace is not found in circumstances but in Christ. As it is written, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. We also claim the promise that In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety. Psalm 4:8. We ask the Lord to quiet your mind and heart at night, to guard your thoughts, and to grant you restorative sleep as you trust in Him.
We lift up the loved ones you mentioned who need healing, the one with lung issues and the one with a heart issue, and the others whose health you are concerned for. We ask for the Lord's healing hand upon them and for quick recovery according to His will. We pray as Scripture says, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17. And, Yahweh will sustain him on his sickbed, and restore him from his bed of illness. Psalm 41:3. We also remember that He forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:3. We pray for wisdom for doctors and caregivers, for comfort for these dear ones, and for strength for you as you intercede for them. We encourage you to continue to pray and to trust the Lord while also seeking proper medical care, for He often works through those means.
We also want to lovingly address your request for help against lustful thoughts. We commend you for bringing this honestly before the Lord, for He desires truth in our innermost being. Scripture is clear that this is a battle for purity that must be taken seriously. Jesus said, but I tell you that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart. Matthew 5:28. And we are commanded to Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. 1 Corinthians 6:18. Lustful thoughts are not harmless and we must not entertain them but bring them into captivity to the obedience of Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:5. We lovingly rebuke any pattern of dwelling on lust and we encourage you to pursue holiness, to guard your eyes and your mind, to avoid sources of temptation, and to renew your mind daily. As it is written, Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, think about these things. Philippians 4:8. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9. We pray that God will create in you a clean heart and renew a right spirit within you. Psalm 51:10.
We noticed you addressed your prayer to Dear Lord, and we want to gently encourage you about the importance of coming to God through Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only through Him that we are saved. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. And, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. We encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection for the forgiveness of sins, and to pray in His name, for He is our mediator and advocate.

It is a lot to carry, longing for deep peace and good rest yourself while also lifting up loved ones with lung and heart needs and wanting quick healing for them. When so many health worries sit together, sleep and peace can be hard to find, and we hear how much you want God's calm in that.
Alongside prayer, we encourage you to make sure those with ongoing lung and heart issues stay connected to their doctors and follow the care they advise, and to encourage them to reach out promptly if symptoms change. For your own rest, a gentle, consistent evening wind down and bringing your cares to the Lord before sleep can sometimes help quiet the mind, even when circumstances remain heavy.
For the battle with lustful thoughts, you do not have to fight that alone. Having one trusted, mature believer to talk honestly with and to check in with regularly can bring light and strength where shame likes to isolate.
Father, we bring these loved ones to You and ask for Your healing and care over their lungs and hearts, and for wisdom for their caregivers. Give our friend deep peace, steady rest, and strength to turn quickly to You when unwanted thoughts come. Lead us all closer to Jesus, in whose name we pray, amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

We join with you in thanking the Lord for His goodness, for every good gift comes from His gracious hand and His mercy endures forever.
We pray that the Lord will grant you that deep peace and good rest of which the Scripture speaks. Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him. There is no resting place like that where omnipotence and eternal love are sweetly joined together. Our Lord Jesus says, Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. It is a present rest, rest now, perfect and complete in His blood and righteousness. May He keep you in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Him, because you trust in Him. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and to do the will of Jesus, this is rest. May your heart be stayed upon Christ amid all thronging duties and cares, and may you find the abundance of peace which belongs to those who trust Him.
We bring before the great Physician those dear to you who are in need of healing, those who suffer with affliction of the lungs and with trouble of the heart, and all whose health you have laid before the Lord. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He first said, Thy sins be forgiven thee, for pardon and healing are one in His hand. We pray that if it be His gracious will, He would lay His healing hand upon these loved ones and grant them quick restoration, and above all that they may know the Sun of Righteousness risen upon them with healing in His wings. We ask that He would be their strength in the time of trouble, and that whether He restores in this life or keeps them in His perfect will, they may know that salvation is of the Lord.
We pray also with you concerning lustful thoughts. We ask the Lord to cleanse the conscience by the precious blood of Christ, for there can be no true peace while sin remains upon the conscience, and to create in you a clean heart and renew a right spirit within you. May the Lord teach you to flee from temptation and to set your mind on things above, to be transformed by the renewing of your mind, and to find your delight in purity and holiness before Him. Faith tones the heart and casts it in a fresh mold, making us as little children before Him. May He grant you grace to watch and pray, to keep your mind stayed upon Christ, and to walk in the Spirit so that you shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
We pray that you may prove the promise, We who have believed do enter into rest, and that you may know both the rest given at first by coming to Jesus and the rest found day by day in learning of Him who is meek and lowly in heart.
