Beloved of All
We have heard your request for food and we are lifting you up in prayer before our Father.
The Lord knows our frame and that we are encompassed with flesh and subject to the necessities of nature. For that reason He taught us to pray not for riches or delicate living or costly things, but for bread only, and for daily bread, that is bread for one day, so that we learn not to take anxious thought for tomorrow but to trust Him day by day. He is the One who supplies seed to the sower and ministers bread for your food, and He has promised that man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that comes from Him.
We pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we bring this need before You. You see this hunger and You know what is necessary for life. Provide daily bread for this household today, open doors for provision, work and help from Your people, and give sufficiency so that there may also be ability to share with others. Sustain both body and soul, and as You feed the body, feed the heart also with Your word and Your peace. Keep this dear one from shame and despair, and remind them that You are near to those who call upon You in truth. We ask this trusting in Your mercy through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
We encourage you to keep seeking Him first, to ask Him for what you need each day, and to let your local church know of your need so that believers nearby can minister to you in practical ways as God provides. He is faithful to care for His children, and He condescends to our infirmity with compassion.
