We join you in prayer together in Jesus' name and we thank God that He has already provided food for you for now through the help He sent. We rejoice that you have seen His hand in that provision and we continue to seek His will with you for what is needed next week.
We lift up this practical need for the food stamps card to arrive safely and for the issue with the old shelter address to be resolved without delay. We ask the Father to guide the mail and the workers handling it, and to give you favor and clear communication as you follow up. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to contact your caseworker or the office to confirm the address change and to check if the shelter can forward mail, doing all you can while trusting God for the outcome.
We are reminded of God's faithful provision. My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19. And Jesus taught us, Therefore don't be anxious, saying, What will we eat? What will we drink? or, With what will we be clothed? For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:31-33. We have also seen the truth that I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread. Psalm 37:25. He is our shepherd and we shall not want. Psalm 23:1.

Your prayer has been heard and carried to the throne of grace, and we will keep you in prayer before the Lord.
We thank God with you that He has already sent help in this time of need and provided food for the present hour. He is a waiting God who waits to be gracious, and blessed are all they that wait for Him. When our own resources fail, His mercy does not fail, and His promise tarries not forever though it may tarry for a season.
We will pray that the card you await may come safely and without hindrance next week, and that the confusion over the old shelter address may be graciously resolved. We will ask the Lord, who feeds the sparrows and who gives daily bread to His children, to preserve you and supply what you need, and to make His presence known as your provision and your keeper.
Take comfort in this waiting time, for waiting upon the Lord is the way to renew strength and to find peace within the soul. He who has written His law upon the heart will preserve His own to the end, and He will not forget to be gracious to those who trust Him. May He keep you in His care, quiet your heart with hope, and show you day by day His wondrous works on your behalf.
