Beloved of All
Prayers for the food stamps to get through and getting through the unknown pains and we stay safe no matter what and getting closer to God and be kind and repent

We join you in prayer for these important needs and we thank you for your humble heart that desires to stay safe, to draw closer to God, to be kind, and to repent.

We bring your need for provision before the Lord. We know the worry that comes when waiting for help like food stamps to come through, but we remember that our ultimate provider is God Himself and He often uses earthly means to care for us. We trust Him to supply what you need. Philippians 4:19 says, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Matthew 6:31-33 reminds us, Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

We also lift up the unknown pains you are experiencing. Even when we cannot name or understand our pain, God knows and He is near. Psalm 34:18 says, Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. And Psalm 147:3 says, He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. We pray for healing, for wisdom for any doctors, and for peace as you wait on the Lord.

We pray for your safety no matter what comes. Psalm 91:1-2 says, He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.

We rejoice that you want to get closer to God, to be kind, and to repent, for this is the heart God desires. James 4:8 says, Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners. Purify your hearts, you double-minded. Ephesians 4:32 says, And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. And Acts 3:19 says, Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord. True repentance is turning away from sin and turning toward God with a sincere heart.

We noticed your request speaks of God but does not mention Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we can draw near to God and be forgiven. John 14:6 says, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Acts 4:12 says, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by placing our faith in Jesus, His death and resurrection for our sins, that our repentance is received and we are made children of God.

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We ask for Your provision for this need and that the food assistance being sought would come through according to Your will, and that You would open other doors to meet every need. We ask for Your healing touch upon these unknown pains, that You would reveal the cause, bring relief, and give peace that surpasses understanding. We ask for Your protection and safety, that You would be a refuge and fortress each day. We pray that You would draw this dear one closer to You, teach them Your Word, help them grow in kindness reflecting Your character, and grant true repentance and refreshing by Your Holy Spirit. Forgive sins through the blood of Jesus and help them walk in newness of life. We trust You and thank You for hearing us. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We hear the weight in what you shared, waiting on food stamps to come through, dealing with pain you can't quite name, wanting safety for you and those with you, and a sincere desire to draw closer to God, to be kind, and to walk in repentance. That's a lot to carry at once, and we are praying with you.

Wanting to be closer to God while you are under pressure is a good and honest place to be. Growth with Him tends to happen gradually, not all at once, with ups and downs over a lifetime. It helps to keep it simple and steady, a little time in His Word when you can, honest prayer in your own words, and worship whether alone or with other believers when possible. The Holy Spirit is the one who makes that growth real, and He meets each of us right where we are, not where we think we should be.

For the practical needs you named, if those pains continue or worry you, we encourage you to reach out to a medical provider or clinic alongside prayer so you can get checked and have peace of mind. For the food assistance, if you are able, checking your application portal or contacting your local office for an update can sometimes clarify what is needed next.

Father, we lift this dear one to You in Jesus' name. Provide for their daily needs, watch over them and keep them safe, bring wisdom and care for the pain they feel, and draw them nearer to You each day. Give them a tender heart to walk in kindness and repentance and to know Your grace and presence. Amen.

Psalm 55:22 Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.

Your simple and honest words have been heard, and there is much in them that shows a heart turned toward the right quarter. You ask for daily bread, for relief from pains you cannot name, for safety, for nearness to God, for kindness and for true repentance. These are things for which we may and should pray, and for which we do pray for you now.

The Lord knows your need concerning provision. It has ever been His rule to lift up that which is low when it stands in Him and for Him, and to supply His people from a fountain. The promise is that the fountain of Jacob shall be upon a land of corn and wine, and He who feeds the sparrows will not forget His children who cry to Him for bread. We will ask Him to grant what is needful for your body in His own wise and gracious way, and to teach you to see in every morsel a token of His goodness.

You speak also of unknown pains and of desire to stay safe. There is a safe dwelling, and it is to dwell with God in communion, having with Him one object, one affection, one desire. There we dwell safely, for all things shall work together for good to those who love God and depend upon His power. The Lord is the Healer as well as the Pardoner. If you are sick through sin and sick of sin, come to Him to be healed. Cry from your very soul, God be merciful to me a sinner, and He will hear you. Faith must look for salvation only from the Lord, and then salvation will come to it. Bring your pains, known and unknown, to the Great Physician, and ask to be forgiven, and healing will come from the pardoning hand in such measure as His wisdom sees best.

You desire to be closer to God and to be kind and to repent. This is well, for the goodness of God to us ought to lead us to repentance, and it is not meant to encourage us to continue in sin but to woo and win us away from it. Take care to weigh your repentance before God with great care. There is a poor and short lived repentance which turns from sin for a time and then returns to it as the dog returns to his vomit, and this gives no glory to God and leads to no lasting deliverance. True repentance gives God glory. It is a complete change of mind with regard to sin, a real sorrow for it, an honest determination by God's grace to cease from it, a hating of sin because it slew Christ. This repentance and the remission of sins go together, and both are gifts of the Holy Spirit through belief of the truth as it is in Christ. You are not to seek to draw up repentance from the depths of your own heart as you might draw water from a well, but to ask Christ to work it in you.

Our only safe course is to come to God as we actually are, and ask Him to deal with us in Christ Jesus according to our actual condition. If we confess our sins He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Treat God truthfully, lay bare your soul before Him, let Him see it as it is, and He will treat you truthfully in mercy. When temptation comes, the good man finds the use of repentance, for having hated sin and fled from it of old, he has ceased to be what he once was. From that new life will come the kindness you desire, for kindness is the fruit of a heart cleansed and softened by grace.

We pray for you, that the Lord would provide for your daily needs, that He would lay His healing hand upon your pains, that He would keep you safe as you cleave to Him and drink from the pure fountain at the fountainhead, that He would draw you nearer to Christ day by day, and that He would give you that repentance which is unto life, and with it the full remission of sins through His precious blood. May you be diligent in reading the Word and eager to hear it, for faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. May the Spirit of God help you to come to your heavenly Father on the ground of truth, confessing that you have sinned, and trusting that Christ died for sinners, and so to find peace.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
