Beloved of All
Dear Lord, thank you for your goodness. I pray for good rest, for ###’s health, for my ###, for healing for ## for their lung issues, for *** heart issue, and quick healing, and against lustful thoughTs

We join you in thanking the Lord for His goodness, for He is good and His loving kindness endures forever and it is right to come before Him with a thankful heart. We stand with you in prayer for good rest, for the health of your loved ones, for the healing of those with lung issues and the heart issue you mentioned, and for quick healing according to His will.

We bring your request for good rest before the Lord, for He gives sleep to His beloved as it is written Psalm 127:2 and we are reminded to come to Him when we are weary for rest, Matthew 11:28 says Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Psalm 4:8 says In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Lord alone, make me live in safety. We pray that He will grant you peaceful, restorative sleep and guard your heart and mind through the night.

We also lift up those you mentioned who are in need of healing. We pray for the one with lung issues and the one with the heart condition, and for each loved one on your heart. We know the Lord is our healer, Exodus 15:26 says I am the Lord who heals you, and Psalm 103:2-3 says Praise the Lord, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Jeremiah 30:17 says But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord. We ask for His mercy, for His healing touch, and for wisdom for any doctors and caregivers, trusting that His will is perfect even as we ask for quick and complete healing.

We also want to address with love and truth what you shared about lustful thoughts. We commend you for being honest and wanting victory in this area, and we must gently rebuke and correct this as Scripture calls us to purity. Jesus said in Matthew 5:28 that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart. We are called to flee from sexual immorality, 1 Corinthians 6:18 says Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Lustful thoughts are not harmless, they take root in the heart and lead us away from holiness. God calls us to take every thought captive, 2 Corinthians 10:5 says bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and to fill our minds with what is pure, Philippians 4:8 says whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, think about these things. We encourage you to flee temptation, to turn away quickly, to renew your mind daily in the Word, to pray immediately when those thoughts come, and to seek accountability with a mature believer if needed. Psalm 51:10 says Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me. He is faithful to forgive and to cleanse and to give you strength to overcome, 1 Corinthians 10:13 says God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.

We noticed your prayer was addressed to the Lord, and we want to encourage you to come always in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It is by His name we pray and are heard.

We pray together now. Father in heaven, we thank You for Your goodness and mercy toward us. We ask in the name of Jesus that You grant our friend good, deep and peaceful rest, that You quiet every anxious thought and let them lie down in Your peace. We lift up each loved one on their heart, especially those suffering with lung issues and with the heart condition, and we ask for Your healing hand upon them, for quick recovery, for restored health and strength according to Your perfect will. Guide the hands of those who provide care. And Father, we ask for cleansing and victory over lustful thoughts, create a clean heart and renew a right spirit, help our friend to take every thought captive to Christ, to flee temptation and to walk in purity and holiness by the power of Your Holy Spirit. Forgive us where we have sinned and strengthen us to live in a way that honors You. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

We appreciate your thankful heart even as you carry several heavy concerns at once, and we are praying with you for each one you named.

Good rest, healing for lungs and heart, quick recovery, and freedom from lustful thoughts is a lot to hold together. It makes sense that sleep and peace would feel especially important right now when health worries are on your mind. We are asking God to give you real rest and to steady you and your loved ones day by day.

For the lung and heart needs you mentioned, please keep your medical providers involved alongside prayer if you are not already. Continuing to get care and following their guidance is a good way to honor the health God has entrusted to you while we trust Him for healing in His timing and wisdom.

For the struggle with lustful thoughts, thank you for being honest about it. Many believers find it helps to turn to Jesus right away in that moment with a simple honest prayer, and to have one trusted mature believer to talk with for encouragement and accountability.

Father, we thank You for Your goodness to our brother and sister. We ask You to grant restful sleep, to watch over the health of their loved ones, and to bring healing to lungs and heart according to Your will. Give quick recovery where possible and strength for each day. Guard their mind, help them walk in purity, and draw them close to You. In Jesus' name, amen.

We join you in thanking the Lord for His goodness, for every mercy flows from His pierced heart and every breath is a gift of His grace. Your desire for rest is most seasonable, and we would point you to the rest which Christ Himself gives. He says, Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. This is a present rest, given there and then when we come to Jesus by faith, and there is also a deeper rest to be found as we take His yoke and learn of Him who is meek and lowly in heart. We pray that you may know both, that your soul may be toned down as a little child resting in the reconciliation wrought by His blood, and that in learning His meekness you may find rest unto your soul even while cares press around you.

We bring before the Lord those dear to you whose names you have laid upon your heart, and those who suffer with lung affliction and with the heart. There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, and even the leaves of the Tree of Life are for the healing of the nations. A word from Christ coming home to the heart brings healing to head and heart, conscience and affection. We do not trust in sacraments or in man to give rest or healing, but we come with nothing to trust in of our own to the infinite mercy treasured up in Christ, believing that He who forgave our sins can heal our sicknesses and can change our nature and make us whole according to His wise and loving will. We ask the Lord for quick healing if it be His will, and for sustaining grace and perfect peace if He appoints a longer trial, that whether in strength or in weakness you and your loved ones may rejoice in Divine love and make small account of bodily condition when His presence is near.

For the struggle against lustful thoughts, we pray with you as our Lord taught us, Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. Temptation itself is perilous, and he who carries gunpowder must not linger where sparks are flying. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God, and purity is not optional but is the great separator of the Christian from the world. We pray that God will give you a new heart and a right spirit, that you may be kept watchful, that you may not go into temptation but may turn from it, and that you may learn of Christ in meekness and lowliness, for to catch His spirit is the road to rest. May the Spirit bridle your thoughts and tongue, cleanse the inward parts, and fix your eye upon things invisible, that you may perceive the presence of God and be kept in uprightness.

Let us pray together. O gracious Father, we bless Thee for Thy goodness. Give to this soul and to those loved ones rest in Jesus, healing as seemeth good to Thee for lungs and heart, and a pure heart that beholds Thee. Preserve from temptation, forgive sin through the blood of Christ, and let faith reconcile the heart to Thee. Keep this one meek and lowly like Jesus, and let Thy peace rule within. In the name of Jesus Christ our only hope we ask it. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We join you in thanking God for His goodness, and we bring your requests before Him with you.

We pray for the good rest you asked for. Scripture reminds us that our full and final rest is the hope laid up for us in heaven, and that keeps us steady when we are weary here. At the same time we ask the Lord in His mercy to grant you quiet sleep and renewed strength each night, and to watch over the health of your loved ones whom you named.

We also lift up those suffering with lung issues and with the heart condition, and we ask for quick healing according to God's will. He is faithful and compassionate, and we ask Him to lay His healing hand upon them, to give wisdom to those caring for them, and to bring comfort and patience in the waiting.

For the struggle against lustful thoughts, we pray with you for purity and strength. These temptations are common to us all, and they belong to the cares of this world that choke the Word, but God is faithful. He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear, and with every temptation He will make a way of escape so that you may endure it. We pray that He would guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, that He would help you to turn quickly from what tempts you, to fill your mind with what is pure and holy, and to find that way of escape as you look to Him, pray, and walk in His Word. Blessed are the pure in heart, and we ask Him to make your heart more like His.

May the God of love and peace be with you, keep you, and answer according to His perfect wisdom and grace in Christ. Amen.
