What a comfort it is to know that we can call upon the Lord for His traveling grace and mercy. You are asking for exactly what He delights to give. Grace is His unmerited favor, getting what we could never earn or deserve. Mercy is His shielding hand, not receiving the harm or trouble that might otherwise befall us. And both flow to us through Jesus Christ, who has opened the way for us to come boldly to the throne of grace and find help in our time of need.

As you travel with your son, remember that the Lord’s grace goes before you. It surrounds every coming and going. His mercy watches over the unknown roads and the hidden dangers, keeping you in the hollow of His hand. We never deserve that kind of care, but He shows mercy because He is full of compassion. He looks for those who trust in Him and reaches out to provide exactly what is needed.

So may you sense His presence with you every mile. May His grace rest on both of you, giving you peace of heart. May His mercy keep you safe, not because of your own strength, but because He holds you securely. And as you place your journey in His mighty hands, rest in the truth that you belong to a God who loves to pour out grace and mercy on His children. In Jesus’ name, He will watch over you and bring you safely where you need to go.

We are so grateful you entrusted us with your heartfelt request, lifting up both yourself and your precious son before the Lord.
