We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for the goodness of our Heavenly Father. We lift up this precious request, asking for rest, healing, and favor in accordance with His perfect will.
First, we thank God for the gift of rest. The Bible tells us in Psalm 127:2, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones." Father, we ask that You grant deep, peaceful rest to those in need. Calm every anxious thought and still every restless heart, so that bodies and minds may be refreshed and renewed in You.
For baby , we pray a prayer of healing. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 17:14, "Heal me, O Yahweh, and I will be healed. Save me, and I will be saved; for you are my praise." Lord, we ask that You lay Your healing hands upon this little one. Strengthen their body, restore their health, and surround them with Your protective love. Give wisdom and skill to the doctors and caregivers attending to them, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
For , we pray for favor, favor in the eyes of others, favor in opportunities, and favor in the plans You have laid before them. Proverbs 3:4 says, "So you will find favor, and good understanding in the sight of God and man." Lord, open doors that no one can shut and grant them grace in every situation. May they walk in the confidence of Your promises and the assurance of Your presence.
For the new , we ask that You guide and direct every step. Whether this is a new job, a new season, a new home, or a new relationship, we pray it would be aligned with Your will. Psalm 37:5 reminds us, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this." Father, let this new chapter be one of growth, blessing, and obedience to You. If it is a relationship, we pray it would be one that honors You, pursued with purity and the intention of marriage between a man and a woman who share a saving faith in Jesus Christ.
Lord, we also take a moment to rebuke any spirit of weariness, doubt, or fear that may be trying to take hold. We declare that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on the truth that You are the God who heals, provides, and makes all things new.
Finally, we want to gently remind all who come before You that salvation and access to the Father come only through the name of Jesus Christ. John 14:6 tells us, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If anyone reading this has not surrendered their life to Jesus, we encourage them to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).
Heavenly Father, we lift all these requests to You, trusting in Your goodness, Your mercy, and Your unfailing love. May Your will be done in each situation, and may Your name be glorified. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
