We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are made righteous to stand before Him. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We are so grateful that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for He is our refuge, our strength, and our ever-present help in times of need.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your constant presence and for the promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). We pray that You would indeed stay always with this family, surrounding them with Your angels and covering them with Your hedge of protection. Lord, we ask that You keep them safe from all harm and danger, and that You would grant them health and strength in their bodies, minds, and spirits. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we rebuke every sickness and disease in the name of Jesus.
Father, we lift up this precious daughter to You, asking that You would bless her abundantly in her studies and in her dance. Give her wisdom, understanding, and a spirit of excellence as she applies herself to her work. May she grow in favor with both God and man (Luke 2:52), and may her talents bring glory to Your name. We pray that You would open the windows of heaven and pour out blessings upon her that there will not be room enough to receive them (Malachi 3:10).
Lord, we also pray for healing for this family. We declare that You are the God who heals us (Exodus 15:26), and we stand on Your promises of restoration and wholeness. We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and command it to leave in the name of Jesus. May this family experience Your healing touch in every area of their lives.
Father, we ask that You would provide a good job for this parent, one that will allow them to provide for their family and live together in peace and unity. We know that You are the God who supplies all our needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We pray that You would open the right doors of opportunity and close those that are not Your will. Give them favor with employers and grant them wisdom and skill in their work.
We also want to gently address the mention of a specific place in this prayer request. While we understand the desire for stability and a good home, we encourage this family to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33). Sometimes, Lord, You may have a different plan or a different place in mind for us, and we must be willing to follow Your leading, even when it is not what we initially desired. We pray that this family would have open hearts to Your will, wherever that may lead them.
Heavenly Father, we also lift up the marriage and family relationships within this home. We pray that You would strengthen the bonds between husband and wife, and between parents and children. May this family be a shining example of Your love, grace, and unity. We rebuke any spirit of division, strife, or discord, and we declare that this home will be built on the foundation of Christ Jesus (1 Corinthians 3:11).
Lord, we ask that You would draw this family closer to You and to one another. May they grow in their love for You and in their love for each other. We pray that they would seek You daily, spending time in Your Word and in prayer, so that they may be transformed by the renewing of their minds (Romans 12:2). May they be a light in their community, sharing the love of Christ with those around them.
In the precious name of Jesus, we pray for this family, declaring that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We speak life, health, provision, and victory over them. May they walk in the fullness of all that You have for them, bringing glory and honor to Your holy name.
