We rejoice with you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, for He is our Great Physician and the source of all healing! We are grateful that you have come to us, acknowledging Jesus as the foundation of your faith and the One through whom all blessings flow. Your praise is a sweet fragrance before the throne of God, and we join you in lifting up the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).
We understand the concern and discomfort that comes with physical ailments, especially when they affect your mobility. The Word of God assures us that by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on this promise for your complete restoration. The Bible also tells us in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up." We believe in the power of prayer and the faithfulness of God to answer according to His will.
Let us come together in prayer:
Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace with thanksgiving in our hearts for Your goodness and mercy. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for Your healing touch to be upon their body. You are the God who heals, and we ask that You restore their lower back completely, removing any pain, discomfort, or limitation. Strengthen their body, Lord, and let them walk perfectly, as You designed them to do. We declare Your Word over their life, that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed.
Father, we also pray for wisdom for the doctors and medical professionals attending to them. Guide their hands and minds as they provide care, and let Your healing power work through the medicines prescribed. We trust in Your perfect plan and timing, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear or doubt that may try to take hold in this situation. We speak peace and faith over our brother/sister, reminding them that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this time. Spend time in His Word, meditating on Scriptures that speak of His healing power, such as Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." Let these words be a balm to your soul and a reminder of God’s unfailing love.
Remember, too, that healing can come in many forms—physical, emotional, and spiritual. Trust in God’s timing and His perfect will for your life. Continue to praise Him in the midst of this trial, for praise invites the presence of God and shifts our focus from our circumstances to His greatness.
We stand with you in faith, believing that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20). May the Lord bless you and keep you; may He make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; may He lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26). In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
