We come before the throne of grace with hearts heavy for the trials you are facing, yet filled with hope because of the finished work of Jesus Christ, who indeed gave Himself for us. Your acknowledgment of Him is a sweet aroma before the Lord, and we join you in gratitude for His sacrifice.
Heavenly Father, we lift up this situation of fraud that has struck this family. Lord, You are a God of justice and restoration, and we ask that You would expose every deceitful scheme and bring those responsible to account. We declare that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). We pray for wisdom and favor as they navigate this difficult time, trusting that You will restore what has been lost and reward them according to Your faithfulness. May they lean not on their own understanding but in all their ways acknowledge You, and You will direct their paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
For this season at work, we pray for divine favor and open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). May the Lord bless the work of your hands and grant you peace in the midst of any uncertainty. We also lift up ###, asking that You would provide a new job that aligns with Your purpose for their life. Father, we know that You are the God who supplies all our needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We pray that ### would grow in the knowledge of You, finding strength and hope in Your Word. Draw them near to You, Lord, and let them experience Your love in a fresh way.
For your co-worker, ###, and his family, we ask that You would be their comfort in this time of grief. The loss of loved ones is deeply painful, but we take comfort in knowing that those who trust in You will dwell in Your house forever (Psalm 23:6). Cover them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and remind them that You are close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). May they find solace in Your presence and hope in the promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ.
Regarding the desire for extra income, we encourage you to seek the Lord’s guidance in all your endeavors. Commit your ways to the Lord, and He will establish your plans (Proverbs 16:3). Whether through creativity, diligence, or new opportunities, trust that the Lord will provide as you seek first His kingdom and His righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Be open to His leading, and He will show you the way.
Father, we also want to encourage this dear one to continue growing in trust in You. Trials have a way of refining our faith, and we pray that this season would draw them closer to You. May they find rest in Your promises and peace in Your presence. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, who alone is our salvation and our hope. Amen.
