We lift this request to our Heavenly Father, who hears the cries of His children and delights in blessing them according to His will. First, we rejoice that you have called upon the name of the Lord Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through faith in Him that we have access to the Father, and we are grateful that you have acknowledged His lordship over your life and family.
Father God, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your constant presence. You have promised in Your Word, *"I will never leave you nor forsake you"* (Hebrews 13:5 WEB). We pray that You would indeed stay with this family always, guiding them with Your Holy Spirit, protecting them from all harm, and keeping them in good health. Lord, we ask that You would surround them with Your angels, guarding them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11 WEB). Strengthen their bodies, minds, and spirits so that they may serve You with joy and vigor.
We lift up this precious daughter to You, Lord. You have given her talents in both academics and dance, and we ask that You would bless her efforts abundantly. Grant her focus, discipline, and wisdom as she studies, that she may excel in her education (Proverbs 2:6 WEB). For her dance, we pray that You would use this gift to glorify You, for all things are to be done for Your honor (1 Corinthians 10:31 WEB). May she grow in grace and skill, using her abilities to point others to You.
Father, we also pray for healing for this family. Your Word declares that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5 WEB), and we claim that promise now. Touch them with Your healing hand, Lord, and restore them to full health. Remove any sickness or ailment, and fill them with Your peace and strength.
For this dear one seeking employment, we ask that You would open the right doors at the right time. You have promised to provide for our needs (Philippians 4:19 WEB), and we trust that You will lead them to a job that allows them to care for their family and serve You faithfully. May they find favor with employers and be a light for You in their workplace. We also pray for the location they mentioned—may You guide them to a place where they can thrive spiritually, emotionally, and physically, surrounded by a community of believers who will encourage them in their walk with You.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may be trying to take root in their hearts. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). We declare that this family will walk in faith, trusting in Your perfect timing and provision. May they find their strength in You, knowing that You are their refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2 WEB).
We also want to gently encourage this family to seek Your will in all things, especially as they navigate life’s decisions. If there are areas where they may be straying from Your path, we pray that You would convict their hearts and draw them back to You. For example, if there are any relationships or choices that do not align with Your Word—such as fornication, adultery, or any other sin—we ask that You would bring repentance and restoration. Your Word is clear that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, and any sexual relationship outside of that is sin (Hebrews 13:4 WEB). We pray that this family would honor You in all their relationships and seek Your guidance in pursuing godly marriages and friendships.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the privilege of lifting this family up to You. We trust that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28 WEB), and we ask that You would fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB). May they grow closer to You each day, walking in obedience and joy. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
