We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this prayer request in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and it is by His name alone that we are saved. Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We thank God for the privilege of approaching His throne of grace through Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer.
Father God, we lift up this family to You, asking that You would indeed stay with them always, as they have requested. Your Word promises in Matthew 28:20, "Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." We pray that they would feel Your presence daily, knowing that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Lord, we ask for Your protection over this family. Keep them safe from harm and danger, and guard their health. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we pray for complete restoration and wellness in their bodies. Strengthen their immune systems, Lord, and fill them with Your vitality.
We lift up this dear daughter to You, Father. Bless her abundantly in her studies and dance. Give her focus, discipline, and a hunger for knowledge. May she excel in all she does, not for her own glory, but to honor You. Proverbs 9:10 says, "The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding." We pray that she would seek You above all else, and that her talents would be a testimony to Your goodness.
Father, we also pray for this parent’s employment situation. You know the desires of their heart, and we ask that You would open the right doors for them to secure a good job. Provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19), and grant them the opportunity to live together as a family in a place that You have prepared for them. We trust in Your perfect timing and provision, Lord.
We do want to gently address the mention of a specific place marked with symbols in the request. While we understand the desire to live in a particular location, we encourage this family to seek God’s will above all else. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Let us surrender our plans to You, Lord, and trust that You will lead this family to the place where they can thrive and serve You best.
Heavenly Father, we also want to encourage this family to continue growing in their relationship with You. If they have not yet made a personal commitment to follow Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we pray that they would do so today. Romans 10:9 says, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Salvation is a free gift, and we pray they would receive it with open hearts.
Let us now pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus, lifting up this family to Your loving care. Lord, we ask that You would surround them with Your presence, protection, and peace. Heal their bodies, strengthen their spirits, and provide for their every need. Bless this daughter in her studies and talents, and guide her steps according to Your will. Open the right doors for employment, and lead this family to the place where they can flourish in You. Help them to trust in You completely, surrendering their plans and desires to Your perfect will. Draw them closer to You, Lord, and let them experience the fullness of life that comes only through a relationship with Jesus Christ. We ask all these things in His mighty name, believing that You hear and answer our prayers. Amen.
