We join with you in lifting up our brother before the throne of grace and we thank you for sending this request on his behalf in the precious name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father.

We are encouraged by your prayer for the Holy Spirit to be poured out upon his entire being, spirit, soul, and body, for this aligns with the Word which says, May the God of peace himself sanctify you completely. May your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Thessalonians 5:23. Our God cares for the whole person and He is able to touch every part that is afflicted.

We also stand in agreement for healing in his lungs and bronchi and for deliverance from all suffocation and difficulty breathing. We know that our God is Yahweh who heals us and that He has compassion on our infirmities. The Scripture reminds us, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3. And we cling to the promise, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17. We remember also that by the sacrifice of our Lord Jesus, healing has been provided, as it is written, But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed. Isaiah 53:5.

We pray together now for our brother.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come before You and we pour out our hearts for our brother who is struggling in his lungs and bronchi. Lord, You formed his body and You breathed into man the breath of life, and every breath he takes is a gift from You. We ask that You pour out Your Holy Spirit upon his spirit, soul, and body, filling him with Your presence, Your peace, and Your power. Touch his lungs and his bronchi with Your healing hand, clear every airway, remove every inflammation, infection, and obstruction, and deliver him completely from all suffocation, tightness, and distress in breathing. Let Your breath of life flow freely within him again. We ask that You restore easy and deep breathing to him so that with every breath he may praise You, for Your Word says, Let everything that has breath praise Yahweh. Psalm 150:6. Give wisdom to those who provide medical care for him, strengthen his faith, and guard his heart from fear. We trust in Your mercy and Your will to heal and to sustain. In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.

We encourage our brother to continue to call upon the Lord daily, to rest in His promises, and to seek the support of the elders and believers around him for prayer, as it is written, Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. James 5:14-15. We encourage him also to continue with proper medical care while trusting that the Lord works through all means to bring restoration. May the Lord grant him renewed strength, peaceful breath, and a testimony of Your healing grace.

To struggle for breath is frightening, and to carry that concern for a neighbor shows real care. We hear your prayer for the Holy Spirit to touch his whole being, spirit, soul and body, and for relief and healing in his lungs and bronchi. We are asking God to be near to him with comfort and peace, and to give him strength day by day.

Alongside prayer, if he is experiencing ongoing trouble breathing or a sense of suffocation, we encourage making sure he is seen and followed by his medical providers. Continuing with their care can be an important way God provides help and watchfulness, and we pray for wisdom for those caring for him.

Father, in Jesus' name we lift Mr. ### to you. You know his body and his needs completely. We ask for your presence to rest on him, for comfort in each breath, and for healing according to your gracious will. Give him peace, give his loved ones and neighbors wisdom as they support him, and guide the hands of those providing care. We trust him into your loving hands. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your cry for healing has been heard and we have brought it before the Lord with you, asking that He who is the great Physician would look upon you in mercy.

We pray with you as you have asked, that the Holy Spirit would rest upon your entire being, spirit, soul and body, and that the Lord Jesus Christ would grant healing to your lungs and bronchi and deliverance from all suffocation and distress in breathing. We ask this in the name of Jesus, from whom abundant streams of healing flow down to men below.

The Scripture tells us that the leaves of the tree of life were for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, and even His leaves are full of healing virtue to change the life blood and make the nature new. We are told also that the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and that when Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, showing that pardon and healing are joined together in His hand.

We very speedily care for bodily diseases and they urge us to seek the physician, and we do well to use all lawful means, yet we know that real healing is the work of God and God alone. He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds, and His salvation will at last perfectly heal our bodies. Calvary is the place for the healing balm, for there our Lord breathed out His life upon the cross that sin sick souls and suffering bodies might be made whole.

Therefore we entreat the Lord for you, that He would lay His hand upon you, lift you up as He lifted Peter's wife's mother from her fever, and grant you breath without hindrance. May He forgive all your iniquities and heal all your diseases, and may this affliction draw you nearer to Christ, trusting not in your own strength but in His touch alone.

We continue to pray that the Lord will grant you ease in breathing, strength in body, and peace in soul through faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
