We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for the special education staff and the behavioral support staff.
We have continued to lift up all of the staff who have been feeling harassed and pressured about clocking in and out, and cutting of hours, first with the director last year and now again with the principal's secretary and the woman you mentioned. We have been praying in Jesus Name for the Lord to bring peace and protection over each staff member, especially those with disabilities who are feeling targeted, and for those who are worried about funding cuts and losing their positions. We have also been praying for wisdom and compassion for those in leadership over them, that God would soften hearts and bring fairness and understanding in the workplace.
We pray in Jesus Name that God would be your defender and provider, that He would guard the jobs and hours of these dedicated staff and let them feel His presence and justice. We are reminded that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18, and that we can cast all our anxiety on Him because He cares for us 1 Peter 5:7.
