We join with you in bringing this lady before the throne of grace and we ask for God's healing touch upon her in Jesus' name. We do not know the details of her sickness or pain, but our Father knows her completely and He cares deeply for her. We are reminded of His compassion and power to heal, for it is written in Psalm 103:2-3, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And in Jeremiah 30:17, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We also cling to the promise in Isaiah 53:5, But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.
We notice that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to gently share why His name is so essential. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And it is written in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in our heart that God raised Him from the dead, we will be saved as Romans 10:9 teaches. We encourage you and this dear lady to put your full trust in Jesus not only for physical healing but for the healing of your souls and eternal life.
We pray together now for her. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We lift up this precious lady to You and ask for Your mercy and healing power to rest upon her. You are Yahweh who heals us as You declared in Exodus 15:26, and we ask that You would touch her body, ease her suffering, and restore her health according to Your perfect will. We pray as James 5:15 teaches, that the prayer of faith will heal her who is sick, and You will raise her up. Give wisdom to any doctors and caregivers attending to her, give peace to her heart and to those who love her, and let her feel Your presence and comfort in this time. Strengthen her faith to trust You even in uncertainty, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Healer, amen.
We encourage you to continue to pray for her without ceasing and to call for the elders of the church to pray over her and anoint her with oil in the name of the Lord as instructed in James 5:14. Keep trusting in the Lord's goodness and keep speaking His promises over her life, for He is faithful and His love endures forever.
