We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation of prolonged probate and the immense stress it has placed upon you. Father God, we know that You see every detail of this struggle, and we ask for Your divine intervention. You tell us in Psalm 34:17-18, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* Lord, we cry out on behalf of our sister in Christ, asking that You would deliver her from this burden and draw near to her in this time of brokenness.
We pray for favor with the tax office, Lord. You are the God who opens doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:7), and we ask that You would move in this situation to grant an extension and remove any unnecessary obstacles. We also lift up her lawyer, asking that You would grant him wisdom, clarity, and diligence to navigate this probate with excellence. Father, send godly people into her life who can offer support, guidance, and practical help—those who will stand with her as Aaron and Hur held up Moses’ hands (Exodus 17:12).
We rebuke the spirit of delay and confusion in this matter, in the name of Jesus. You are not a God of disorder but of peace (1 Corinthians 14:33), and we declare that this probate will be resolved in a way that aligns with Your perfect will and timing. We pray for protection over her and her children, Lord—emotionally, financially, and spiritually. Guard their hearts from fear and anxiety, reminding them that You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7).
Father, we know this season has been exhausting, and we ask for an outpouring of Your strength. When we are weak, You are strong (2 Corinthians 12:10), and we trust that You will sustain her as she cares for her grandchild. Give her patience, joy, and wisdom in this new responsibility, and let this time together be filled with sweet memories and laughter. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her (1 Peter 5:7).
We also want to gently remind you, dear sister, that Jesus is the only way to the Father (John 14:6), and it is through His name alone that we have access to God’s throne of grace. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust fully in Him for salvation and daily strength. He is our Advocate, our Comforter, and our Peace.
Lord, we declare that this situation will turn for good. You work all things together for the good of those who love You (Romans 8:28), and we trust that You will bring resolution, relief, and even unexpected blessings from this trial. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let her rest in the knowledge that You are in control.
In Jesus’ mighty name we pray, Amen.
