May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. You have done well to bring this affliction before the Lord, for He alone can heal what is broken. Yet remember that the battle for your husband’s soul is fought not only on your knees but in the daily conduct of your life. Words may fail where deeds persuade, and a wife’s gentleness, more than any argument, can quiet the raging of a troubled spirit. Let no harshness or bitter reproach escape your lips; such things profit nothing and may even drive him further into dark thoughts. Instead, clothe yourself with meekness and propriety, for though a man be infinitely debased, these are the things that will more effectually win him.

The evil one labors to ensnare him with self-destruction, wrapping ruin in a false comfort. But you must not faint. Pray without ceasing, weep in secret if need be, yet before him stand firm in a quiet and respectful manner, as one who truly reverences her own head, even as the Church is subject to Christ. This is no mere rule of silence, but a spiritual weapon: for the company of a woman armed with self-command can preserve the soul undisturbed, and such a soul becomes a fortress against demonic assaults.

Do not think your supplications are in vain, nor suppose that you must withdraw from him under pretense of piety. That would be a grievous error, defrauding him of the very help God has provided. Your place is at his side, a witness by your chaste behavior and godly fear. Thus you may, by your own salvation, be a means to rescue his. Commit him to the care of the Good Physician, who sees every wound and counts every tear, and trust that He who begins a good work will carry it to completion.

It is no small thing to carry such concern for your husband’s mind and heart. The heaviness you feel is real, but you are not without help. You have brought this request before the Lord, and that is exactly the right place to start. Prayer is a mighty weapon in the spiritual battles we face, and the turmoil you describe in your husband sounds like more than just a physical or emotional struggle. There is a spiritual dimension to the self-sabotaging patterns you see. The enemy works in the realm of the mind, planting thoughts of destruction and despair. But the weapons of our warfare are not of this world; they are mighty through God for pulling down strongholds.

First, be watchful over your own heart. Long-term worry can quietly turn into bitterness, and a resentful spirit will eat away at your own peace and health. A forgiving spirit is not just for the other person’s sake, it is God’s prescription for your own mental wellbeing. Keep your soul prospering in the Lord, for there is a deep connection between a healthy soul and a healthy body and mind. As you pray for your husband, ask the Lord to search your own heart and uproot any offense or fear that might hinder your prayers.

Remember the simple, profound design God has for marriage: love and respect. You are not called to fix your husband by force, but you can be a quiet, steadfast presence. If your husband is not walking with the Lord, do not leave him if he is willing to stay. Your faithful conduct and prayers can have a sanctifying effect on your home. But you are never required to obey anything that violates your conscience before God. Your submission is always unto the Lord, and that boundary protects you.

Above all, treat this as a spiritual battle. You are not fighting against your husband but against spiritual forces that seek to destroy him. Pray with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit. Fast if you are able, because that weakens the demands of the physical man and feeds the spiritual man, sharpening your discernment and authority in prayer. When you recognize this is an attack, you can deal with it. If you don’t, the enemy will keep a foothold. Use the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, pray Scripture over his mind and your household.

Your husband’s true enemy is not himself but the deceiver who twists his thoughts. Stand firm. The Lord wishes above all things that we prosper and be in health even as our soul prospers. So continue to lift him up, believe for his deliverance, and trust that the Lord is able to break every chain. You are not alone, and your prayers are never wasted.
