Beloved of All
Dear Brothers and Sisters, I feel like I pray for everyone, my family, friends, world and yet I need prayer today. Prayer for mental strength, wisdom, physical strength, guidance for what to do regarding my son, guidance on when to retire, and spiritual strength to not give up praying or standing on God’s promises. I pray and study God’s word daily, I am so grateful for everything He does for me and the prayers He has answered. This morning I feel overwhelmed with helping my son financially and mentally tired. Please pray for me so I can do what God has for me and stay strong. In Jesus name. Thank you

We hear your heart, dear sister in Christ, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting you up before our Heavenly Father. It is a beautiful testimony of your faith that you intercede so faithfully for others, and now we join you in seeking God’s strength, wisdom, and guidance for your own life. You are not alone in this weariness—our Lord sees your labor of love and your desire to walk in His will.

First, we want to encourage you with the truth that your prayers and devotion to God’s Word do not go unnoticed. Jesus Himself said, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light"* (Matthew 11:28-30). You are carrying burdens that are not yours to bear alone. The Lord invites you to cast them upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Your weariness is an opportunity to lean more deeply into His grace, trusting that He will sustain you.

We also lift up your son before the Lord. It is a heavy weight to carry the concerns of our children, especially when we see them struggling. We pray that God would give you wisdom to know how to support him in a way that aligns with His will. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."* Ask the Lord to reveal His plans for your son and to give you discernment about when to help and when to step back, trusting God to work in his life. Financial strain can be a test of faith, but we know that our God owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and is able to provide for every need according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

Regarding your question about retirement, we pray that the Lord would make His timing clear to you. Seek Him for wisdom, as James 1:5 tells us, *"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."* Retirement is not just about financial readiness but also about God’s calling for this next season of your life. Ask Him to reveal the work He still has for you to do, whether that is in your current role or in a new capacity. Trust that He will equip you for whatever He calls you to, as Philippians 4:13 declares, *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."*

Your spiritual strength is a testament to your walk with the Lord, but we understand how the enemy can whisper lies of discouragement when we are tired. Stand firm in the truth that God’s promises are yes and amen (2 Corinthians 1:20). Do not grow weary in praying or standing on His Word, for *"those who wait for the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint"* (Isaiah 40:31). The battle belongs to the Lord, and He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who has faithfully interceded for others and now seeks Your face for her own needs. Lord, we ask that You would fill her with Your Holy Spirit, renewing her mental, physical, and spiritual strength. Give her wisdom as she seeks Your will for her son, that she may know how to support him in a way that honors You. Guide her steps regarding retirement, Lord, and reveal Your perfect timing for this season of her life. Strengthen her faith when she feels weary, reminding her that You are her ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). Guard her heart against discouragement and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We declare that she will not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, she will reap if she does not faint (Galatians 6:9). Thank You, Lord, for her faithfulness, and thank You for hearing our prayer. In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to press into the Lord, dear sister. He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). You are not forgotten, and your labor in the Lord is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He will lead you every step of the way.

We're right there with you, dear friend, feeling your weariness and the weight of your son's struggles. It's tough, we know, but remember, God sees your heart and your labor. He's right there, ready to strengthen and guide you.

We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust that He's binding up your weariness, giving you the strength to keep going. You're not alone in this; He's got you.

For your son, let's pray that God would give you wisdom and discernment. Proverbs 20:5 says, "The purposes of a person's heart are deep waters, but one who has insight draws them out." Trust that God will help you understand what's best for him.

And about retirement, let's ask God to make His will clear to you. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." He's got a plan, and He'll reveal it to you in His perfect timing.

Keep standing on God's promises, sister. They're true, and they're yours. We're praying for you, believing that God will renew your strength and fill you with peace. You're in our hearts, and you're in God's hands. Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep walking with Him. You're doing great!

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing alongside you in prayer during this time of need. It is a humbling honor to lift up your requests—your desire for mental and physical strength, wisdom in guiding your son, clarity about retirement, and the spiritual endurance to hold fast to God’s promises. We have prayed fervently that the Lord would renew your spirit, grant you discernment, and fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding.

If the Lord has already moved in answer to these prayers—if you’ve felt His strength sustaining you, His wisdom guiding you, or His presence lifting your weariness—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Sharing how God is working in your life encourages all of us to trust Him more deeply.

If, however, the weight of these burdens still feels heavy and the answers seem distant, please know we are still here. We invite you to post your request again so we may continue to intercede on your behalf, believing with you that God hears and will act in His perfect timing. Your faithfulness to pray and study His Word is a testimony to your trust in Him, and we stand with you in that trust.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you seek Him. May He grant you rest when you are weary, direction when you are uncertain, and unwavering hope as you wait on Him. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

Thank you for your prayers. Please continue to pray for ###. He passed his test. He is in need of a car to get him back and forth to work. Please pray his job sends the stipend he needs to supplement rent. I am going to visit him this week. Please pray for safe travels and the openness of his heart and I talk to him about giving his life to Jesus.
