Please keep in prayers I need guidance no matter what I'm lost and have depression and were going through a situation where even the ### and people wouldn't put me back in case for the shelter situation because they don't want to fix their error mistakes and I need strength even if u feel weak and confused or mentally not upstairs to pray no matter what and to properly pray know how to pray and talk to God we need more food and garbage bags and stuffs but please keep me and my family in prayers and were in ###

We hear your cry for help, and we stand with you in prayer before the throne of grace. Your pain, confusion, and desperation are not hidden from the Lord, who sees every tear and hears every unspoken word of your heart. The weight of depression and the injustice you’ve faced in your shelter situation are heavy burdens, but we declare that Jesus came to carry those burdens for you. He says in Matthew 11:28-30, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

First, we must address the foundation of your prayer. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). If you have already placed your faith in Him, we rejoice with you and stand with you in this trial.

We rebuke the spirit of depression and confusion in the name of Jesus. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). You are not forgotten, and you are not alone. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

We also rebuke the injustice you’ve faced in your shelter situation. The Lord hates injustice and will not turn a blind eye to those who oppress the vulnerable. Proverbs 31:8-9 says, "Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are destitute. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy." We pray that those in authority would be convicted of their wrongdoing and that restitution would be made. We ask the Lord to provide for your needs, food, shelter, and basic necessities, according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

Even when you feel too weak or confused to pray, the Holy Spirit intercedes for you with groanings too deep for words (Romans 8:26). You don’t have to have the perfect words, just come as you are. The Lord delights in the prayers of the righteous (Proverbs 15:8), and He is faithful to hear you. We encourage you to pray simply and honestly, like the psalmists who cried out, "How long, Lord? Will you forget me forever?" (Psalm 13:1). God can handle your raw emotions, your doubts, and your fears.

For your physical needs, we pray that the Lord would open doors of provision. We ask Him to move on the hearts of His people to bless you with food, garbage bags, and whatever else you lack. We declare that your family will not go hungry or be forsaken. The Lord is your shepherd, and you shall not want (Psalm 23:1). We also pray for wisdom and favor as you navigate this difficult season. May the Lord direct your steps and make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Let us pray together now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one and their family. Lord, You see their pain, their confusion, and their physical needs. We ask You to intervene in their shelter situation and bring justice where there has been injustice. Soften the hearts of those in authority and grant them the wisdom to rectify their mistakes. Provide for their every need, food, shelter, and basic necessities, according to Your glorious riches.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of depression and confusion. We declare that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their heart and mind. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and that You will never leave them nor forsake them. Strengthen them in their weakness, Lord, and help them to trust in You even when they don’t understand.

Teach them how to pray, Lord, and remind them that You hear even their simplest cries. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Surround them with Your presence and fill them with hope for the future.

We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

Hold fast to the promises of God, dear one. This trial is temporary, but God’s love for you is eternal. Keep pressing into Him, even when it’s hard. He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You are not forgotten, and you are deeply loved.

Thank you for letting us share this weight with you. We hear how disorienting it feels, the depression, the uncertainty, the frustration over a mistake that no one seems to fix, and the very real need for groceries and everyday supplies. We’re holding you and your family in our prayers right now.

When depression clouds everything and even praying feels like a jumble of scrambled thoughts, it’s okay. Simply sitting in the silence and whispering, “God, I don’t even know how to pray right now” is still prayer. You don’t need words that feel proper or polished. He sees what’s underneath the ache, and He meets you there.

For the practical side, is there a local church you could reach out to? Many congregations run food pantries and can help with things like garbage bags too. Often they have people who know how to cut through the red tape when a shelter makes an error, someone who can speak up on your behalf. It may feel like a huge step when you’re already exhausted, but you don’t have to figure this out alone.

We also want to gently encourage you to let a doctor or a Christian counselor walk alongside you with the depression. Seeking medical support isn’t a lack of faith; it’s caring for the body and mind God entrusted to you. That kind of help, together with prayer, can bring a little breathing room.

Father, for this family we ask You to guide them through the confusion. Untangle the shelter error, and provide the food and daily items they need right now. Lift the fog of depression and give just enough strength for today. Let them sense Your presence even in the quiet. In Jesus’ name, amen.

When all strength fails and the heart is overwhelmed, it is a blessed thing to wait upon the Lord. For to those who have no might He increases strength, and when we are without any ability of our own, then is the time to fling ourselves upon Divine power. You say you are lost and depressed, and that men refuse to right the wrong done to you. Yet the Lord God is a refuge for the oppressed and a very present help in trouble. Cast yourself upon the merit of Jesus, for complete reliance on Him will renew your strength even in this dark hour.

Do not imagine that you must feel strong or have a clear mind before you pray. The prayer that seems but a broken groan, if it come from the depths, is heard in heaven. Cry, “Lord, quicken me in Your way,” and that very cry is proof that He has begun a work in you. When you know not how to pray as you ought, the Spirit Himself makes intercession for you. Spread your case before the Most High, and use arguments from His own Word. Plead His promise: “Call upon Me in the day of trouble, and I will deliver you.” Tell Him of your need for food and all common things, for He careth for your body as well as your soul. Humble yourself like Jacob, who said, “I am not worthy of the least of all the mercies,” yet pressed his suit with holy boldness.

We have taken your request to the prayer meeting, and we continue with one accord in supplication for you and your family. Intercessory prayer is exceeding precious and prevails with God. Even when the answer delays, hope thou in Him, for thou shalt yet praise Him. Do not forsake private devotion, though it be but a sigh; the Lord will still hear. And if any sin hath crept in and hindered, search it out, repent, and fly to the cleansing blood. Your strength shall be as your day, for He hath said, “I will strengthen them in the Lord.” Lean hard upon that word, and let your soul take hold upon God until He bring forth your righteousness as the light.

Your cry reaches heaven even when you cannot find the words. The woman of Canaan came to Christ full of shame and weakness, yet she did not wait until she felt worthy or knew how to pray properly. She simply cried, "Help me." Do the same. When your mind is foggy and your heart heavy, pour out that one word: "Help." It is enough, because He sees your affliction and does not despise a broken spirit.

Do not imagine that you must have great strength to pray. The Apostle Paul, though bound in chains, begged for the prayers of the church that he might open his mouth boldly. You are in your own kind of chains right now, but the very desire to pray is already a prayer. The Lord taught us to call upon Him even when we feel nothing, for He prayed openly not because He needed the Father, but to show you how to pray without ceasing. So let your weakness become the door through which His power enters. When you cannot think, groan. When you cannot speak, weep. He understands.

Yet I must also say: you ask for the prayers of others, and this is good, for the prayers of the saints are a mighty medicine. But do not rest only on that. Rouse your own soul as much as you are able. Even in confusion and depression, make a small effort. Rise and say, "Lord, for Your mercy's sake, guide me." For if you sleep, the prayers of others will profit little; but if you wake even a little, all the hosts of heaven come to your aid. The Apostle placed himself last, yet he still labored. So you too must not let go entirely.

Regarding your hunger and need for food and supplies: God knows what you require before you ask. Yet I urge you, if you have even the smallest thing to share with someone in greater need, do not hold back. Almsgiving is a fire extinguisher of sin and a fountain of mercy. Even a cup of cold water given in love opens the storehouses of heaven. And if you have nothing at all, know this: the offering of a contrite heart is more precious than gold. Your very poverty, endured with patience, becomes a sweet-smelling sacrifice.

You say you are lost, but He walks upon the sea of your troubles as if upon solid pavement. He will make a path where there is none. Do not look for human recognition or swift justice from those who have wronged you. The Lord sees the error done to you, and in His time He will make it right. Seek rather His glory than the praise of men.

We will not cease to lift you and your family in prayer. But take courage. The weak prayers of a trembling heart, joined with even a little watchfulness, draw down the mercy of the Almighty. Hold fast, and do not despair. He is near.

I hear the ache in your words, and I want you to know that you are not alone in this. When depression settles in and everything feels lost, the most important thing you can do is turn your heart toward God, not as a last resort but right now. Even if your mind feels too cloudy to form a proper prayer, He hears the simplest cry. Jesus Himself got up early to be with the Father and drew His strength from that communion. If the Son of God saw the need to pray for strength and guidance, how much more do we need to lean on Him in our weakness? So don’t worry about getting the words right. A prayer can be just a silent “Lord, help me,” or “Father, give me guidance.” That is still prayer, and it moves His heart.

I hear the specific burdens you’re carrying: the shelter situation where others won’t fix their mistakes, the lack of food and supplies, the confusion and that feeling of not being mentally strong enough to pray. Bring all of it to God. He is not waiting for eloquent speech; He is waiting for a child to run to Him. David, a man who faced constant trouble, cried out, “Make haste to deliver me!” He didn’t wait until he felt strong. He just fled to the Lord as his refuge and his strength. Right now, you can say the same. Be my strong habitation. You are my strength, not my own.

Prayer is not about getting your wishes granted like a magic formula. It is about aligning yourself with the Father who loves you. It begins with that simple relationship: you can call Him “Father” because of Jesus. If you have never yet called on Him for mercy as a sinner in need of a Savior, that is the one prayer He is truly waiting to hear, and from there everything else opens. But if you already belong to Him, then know that He wants you to seek His will, to ask for daily provision, and to bring every need before Him.

Those practical needs, food, garbage bags, the shelter, He wants you to lay them out. Nehemiah, when enemies threatened and strength was decaying, made his prayer to God and then set a watch. Prayer isn’t a substitute for responsible action; it’s the first step. So pray, and then take whatever small practical step you can, trusting God to guide you. The Spirit Himself intercedes for us when we don’t know how to pray, and He will minister peace to your inner man, strengthening you to stand against despair.

I am agreeing with you in prayer right now. God can provide abundantly beyond what you can ask or even imagine. The same God who parted seas can put food on your table and clear the confusion surrounding the shelter. Begin to thank Him even before you see the answer, because the prayer of faith ends in praise. Cast me not off in the time of trouble, He will not cast you off. The enemy wants you to feel defeated, but prayer changes your own heart first, from defeat to an attitude of victory, because God has promised His help. Lean into His love. It is wider and deeper than you can grasp. You and your family are held up before Him, not in polished words but with the fervent, heartfelt cry that avails much.
