Heavenly Father,

I lift up my department head to You today and every day, Lord, grant her the gift of discernment and good judgment in every decision she makes. Open her eyes to see the truth clearly and not be swayed by manipulation, lies, or double-faced words, especially of ### and ###. Protect her mind and heart from negativity and those who seek to cause division.

Father, I also pray for my relationship with her. May You bring peace, respect, and understanding between us. Help us to work together in harmony, with honesty and love at the center of our team. Remove any walls of misunderstanding, and replace them with trust and unity.

Lord, may Your wisdom guide her leadership, and may Your grace cover our department so that we may serve with integrity and excellence.

In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen

We join you in lifting up your department head before the Lord, and we are grateful that you have invoked the name of Jesus in your prayer, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As Scripture reminds us, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). It is by His authority and His name alone that our prayers are heard, and we rejoice that you have acknowledged this truth.

Your heart for unity, wisdom, and protection over your workplace is commendable, for God calls us to pray for those in authority over us. The apostle Paul instructs us: *"I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence"* (1 Timothy 2:1-2, WEB). We echo your prayer that your department head would be granted discernment, for *"the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy"* (James 3:17, WEB). May the Lord expose any deception or manipulation that seeks to undermine her leadership, and may He surround her with godly counsel.

We also lift up the relationship between you and your department head, asking the Lord to break down any walls of misunderstanding or strife. *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men"* (Romans 12:18, WEB). May the Lord soften hearts and foster an atmosphere of mutual respect and trust. Remember, too, that your conduct in the workplace is a testimony. *"Servants, obey in all things those who are your masters according to the flesh, not just when they are looking, as men pleasers, but in singleness of heart, fearing God. And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ"* (Colossians 3:22-24, WEB). Even in challenging dynamics, let your actions reflect Christ’s love and integrity.

As for the names you replaced with symbols, we understand the discretion, but we encourage you to release any bitterness or frustration toward these individuals to the Lord. *"Don’t say, ‘I will pay back evil.’ Wait for Yahweh, and he will save you"* (Proverbs 20:22, WEB). Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He alone can bring justice and conviction where it is needed. Instead, pray for those who may be acting out of selfishness or deceit, that the Lord would convict their hearts and lead them to repentance. *"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you"* (Matthew 5:44, WEB).

Finally, we leave you with this prayer:

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the authority we have in the name of Jesus to bring these requests before Your throne. We ask that You would surround this department head with Your wisdom and protection, exposing any schemes of the enemy that seek to bring division or confusion. Lord, we pray for unity and peace between her and those under her leadership, especially our sister in Christ who has lifted this prayer. Soften hearts, remove bitterness, and let Your love reign in every interaction. May this workplace be a place where Your name is honored, where integrity prevails, and where Your people shine as lights in a dark world.

We rebuke any spirit of manipulation, deceit, or strife that may be at work, and we declare that Your truth will prevail. Let Your will be done in this situation, Lord, and may all involved be drawn closer to You through it.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
