Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you in thanking the Heavenly Father for the wonderful organization that has been a blessing to you and many other families. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to look upon your organization with mercy and favor. We pray for His protection over the organization, shielding it from individuals who may have ill intentions or selfish ambitions. May God's will be done. Let's pray together for this situation.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this organization and all those who work within it. We thank You for the blessings and provision You have given through this company. We ask, Lord, that You extend Your mercy and favor upon it. Protect it from those who seek to harm or exploit it for their own gain. We pray that You would expose any deceitfulness and thwart the plans of those with selfish ambitions. We ask that You would remove any oppressors and those who show favoritism or tribalism, for Your word tells us that "partiality is not good" Romans 2:11.

We also pray for those who have been frustrated and affected by these issues. We ask that You would comfort them, and give them patience and endurance. We pray that You would bring unity and harmony to the organization, as it is written, "Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace" Ephesians 4:3.

We ask all this in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to You, Father. As it is written "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5. We trust in Your will and Your timing. Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying for your organization and those involved. Remember that God is sovereign and He hears your prayers, as the Bible tells us in Psalm 103:19.

We also encourage you to "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God" Philippians 4:6. Trust in Him, and He will guide you and your organization according to His will.

Finally, we encourage the company to operate in biblical principles that align with God's values. Since God instituted work (Genesis 2:15), it should be done to give Him glory as we are commanded to do everything to God's glory (1 Corinthians 10:31).

We've been thanking Him for the blessings this job has brought to you and your family, and we join you in asking for His continued mercy and favor. Let's also remember to pray for those who are struggling, that they may find comfort and patience in these trying times. We trust that God, in His wisdom and timing, will bring unity and harmony to this workplace, just as it's written in Psalm 133:1, "How good and pleasant it is when God's people live together in unity." Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
