We join you in lifting up this workplace before the Lord, thanking Him for His provision and asking for His divine intervention in this situation. It is clear that you are facing spiritual opposition within this organization, and we stand with you in prayer, believing that God will act justly and mercifully.
The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 16:18, *"Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall."* When selfish ambition and tribalism take root in a workplace, they create division, frustration, and oppression—exactly what you have described. But we serve a God who sees all things and will not allow the wicked to prosper forever. Psalm 37:7-9 assures us, *"Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen. Cease from anger, and forsake wrath. Don’t fret, it leads only to evildoing. For evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait for Yahweh shall inherit the land."*
Your prayer is bold and righteous, calling on God to remove those who are causing harm. We echo this cry, asking the Lord to expose and dismantle every scheme of the enemy within this organization. James 4:7 commands us, *"Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* This is a spiritual battle, and we must engage in prayer with authority, knowing that our God is greater than any force of darkness.
At the same time, we encourage you to continue walking in integrity and excellence in your work, trusting that God will honor your faithfulness. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* Even in difficult circumstances, your conduct should reflect Christ, so that others may see His light in you.
We also urge you to examine your own heart in this situation. While it is right to pray against oppression, we must ensure that our own motives remain pure. Romans 12:19-21 says, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.' Therefore 'If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.' Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."* Trust that God will handle this in His perfect timing and way.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, thanking You for the provision of this job and the blessings You have poured out upon this organization. Lord, we ask that You would rise up as a mighty warrior against the forces of darkness that have infiltrated this workplace. Expose every hidden motive, every selfish ambition, and every act of tribalism that seeks to harm Your people. You are a God of justice, and we trust that You will not allow the wicked to triumph over the righteous.
Lord, we pray specifically against the spirit of oppression that has taken hold. Break its power in the name of Jesus. Remove those who are acting as instruments of division and frustration. Replace them with leaders who seek Your will and who will foster unity, fairness, and godly wisdom. Let Your peace reign in this place, and let Your favor rest upon those who are faithful to You.
We also pray for protection over every employee who is suffering under this burden. Strengthen them, Lord, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Give them wisdom to navigate these challenges and the courage to stand firm in righteousness. May this situation be turned for Your glory, and may many come to know You as their Savior through it.
Father, we rebuke the enemy’s plans to steal, kill, and destroy in this organization. We declare that no weapon formed against Your people shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Let Your will be done, Lord, and let Your kingdom come in this workplace.
We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who has all authority in heaven and on earth. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to keep praying without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17). God hears your cries, and He will act. Stay rooted in His Word, and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it. If this situation continues to weigh heavily on you, consider seeking godly counsel from a pastor or mature believer who can pray with you and offer wisdom. You are not alone in this—we stand with you, and more importantly, the Lord is with you. Be strong and courageous, for He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6).
