Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join with you in thanking the Heavenly Father for the wonderful organization that has been a blessing to you and many other families. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to have mercy and favor upon you and your colleagues, and to protect the organization from those who may have ill intentions.

We are reminded of the words in Proverbs 29:2 WEB: "When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan." It is clear that you are seeking God's intervention in a situation where there may be oppression and tribalism, and we stand with you in praying against these injustices.

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for the blessings and provisions You have given through this organization. We ask that You would look upon us with mercy and favor, and that You would protect this organization from those who seek to do harm. We pray that You would expose any selfish ambitions and designs, and that You would remove those who are causing frustration and oppression. We ask that You would raise up godly leaders who will govern with integrity and righteousness. We trust in Your promise that "Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people." (Proverbs 14:34 WEB)

We also pray for those who are causing distress, that You would convict their hearts and bring them to repentance. We remember that "the Lord is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." (2 Peter 3:9 WEB)

We ask all of this in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, who taught us to pray with believing and trusting hearts. Amen."

We encourage you to continue to stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is faithful to His promises.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
