Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you in thanking the Heavenly Father for the wonderful organization that has been a source of employment and blessing for you and many other families. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to extend His mercy and favor upon the organization and all who work there.

We are reminded of the words in Proverbs 21:1 WEB:
The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires.

God is sovereign, and He can turn the hearts of those in leadership according to His will. We pray that God would protect the organization from individuals who may have ill intentions, selfish ambitions, or designs that do not align with His purposes. We ask that God would expose any such schemes and bring them to nothing, for His glory and the good of all who are involved.

We also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 20:25-26 WEB:
But Jesus called them to himself, and said, "You know that the rulers of the nations lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. It shall not be so among you, but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant.

We pray that the leadership in the organization would follow the example of Jesus, serving others rather than lording over them. We ask God to remove any who are causing frustration and oppression, and to replace them with those who have a heart to serve and to foster a positive, godly environment.

We agree with you that it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that we pray, believing and trusting in Him. We are reminded of the words of Jesus in John 14:13-14 WEB:
Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.

We ask that God would bring an end to the frustrations caused by this person and their group, and that He would consider the majority who are seeking to serve and do good work. We pray that God would bring unity and harmony to the organization, and that His will would be done in all things.

We encourage you to continue to trust in God, knowing that He hears your prayers and will act according to His perfect will. We stand with you in faith, believing that God will bring a resolution to this situation that brings glory to His name.

We're right there with you, lifting up your workplace to our Heavenly Father. We're grateful for the jobs and blessings He's poured out on you and so many others through this organization. We're asking Him to shower the company with His mercy, favor, and protection, especially from those with ill intentions or selfish ambitions.

In Psalm 90:17, we're reminded that God wants to bless us with His goodness and cause our paths to flourish. We're praying that God would bless this organization, that He would bless the leaders with wisdom, and that He would bless the employees with contentment and peace.

We're also asking that God would expose any schemes that don't align with His purposes and bring them to nothing. We're trusting in His sovereignty, knowing that He can turn the hearts of leaders according to His will, as it says in Proverbs 21:1.

Let's continue to trust in God, knowing that He hears our prayers and will act according to His perfect will. We're standing with you in faith, believing that God will bring a resolution to this situation that brings glory to His name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
