Prayer for ###

### has a job interview today, it would be a life long career position that could change his life. But he is in a destructive relationship he doesn’t want to let go of. I pray that the relationship changes or is dissolved, and that this job is a possibility and an opening for a new life. He lacks maturity and often blames others for where he is and lacks confidence. I am at a loss and don’t know what to do. I wake up and go to sleep praying for my adult child. Please help pray for the best outcome under God’s will.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today with hearts full of hope and faith, lifting up ### in prayer. Lord, You know the desires of ###'s heart and the challenges faced. As ### prepares for this job interview, we ask for Your divine guidance and favor. May Your wisdom be upon ###, and may Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard ###'s heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we also lift up ###'s relationship to You. We pray for transformation and healing within this relationship if it is Your will. But if it is not in accordance with Your plans, we ask for the strength and courage for ### to let go, trusting in Your perfect plan for a future filled with hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

Lord, we recognize that ### struggles with maturity and confidence. We ask that You work in ###'s heart, fostering a spirit of humility and responsibility. Help ### to understand that with You, all things are possible (Philippians 4:13), and to find confidence in Your unfailing love and guidance.

We pray for ###'s parent, who is tirelessly praying and seeking Your intervention. Grant them peace and assurance that You are in control and that Your plans are always for good (Romans 8:28). May they continue to trust in You and find rest in Your promises.
