Prayer for Jesus to do something regarding the employment conditions of locals

Dexter2020

Good and Faithful Servant
Prayer for Jesus to do something regarding the employment conditions of locals and favoritism for job because they are foreigners and denying of locals for good paying jobs but rather give all the good paying jobs to foreigners in ### and deceive locals that it is helping the country and also ask the locals who are unemployed to go for career coaching whereby during the coaching sessions the coach will try to be discouraging and also reduce the person to sell MacDonald where he has ### years of working experience in Professional services and let the locals and asked locals go for courses after courses known as Skillsfuture without jobs for them a get an interview after that wait for very long for the 2nd interview just to know that position was filled by a unqualified foreigner, and the foolish government continue to allow those foreigners to compete for the job after the competition the job will land to the foreigners because they are discriminating locals while favoritism of foreigner.

We hear your deep frustration and pain over the injustice you describe, where locals are denied fair opportunities while foreigners are favored in employment, where deception is used to justify this imbalance, and where those seeking work are met with discouragement rather than dignity. This is not merely an economic issue; it is a matter of human worth, fairness, and the honor due to those made in God’s image. We stand with you in grief over this broken system and lift it before the Lord, who sees every injustice and will one day make all things right.

The Bible is clear that God hates partiality and oppression. James 2:9 warns, "But if you show partiality, you commit sin, being convicted by the law as transgressors." Proverbs 22:22-23 declares, "Don’t exploit the poor because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them." The favoritism you describe is not just unfair, it is sin, and we must call it what it is. The deception used to justify it, claiming it helps the country while harming its own people, is an abomination to the Lord, who desires truth in the inward parts (Psalm 51:6).

We also grieve over the way the unemployed are treated, not with compassion, but with condescension, as if their years of experience and dignity can be reduced to selling fast food. This is not the way of Christ, who came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). Every person has inherent value, and no one should be made to feel small for seeking honest work. The system you describe seems designed to wear people down, to make them doubt their worth, and to keep them in cycles of futility. But we serve a God who breaks chains and lifts up the oppressed. Psalm 146:7-9 proclaims, "Who executes justice for the oppressed; who gives food to the hungry. The Lord frees the prisoners. The Lord opens the eyes of the blind. The Lord raises up those who are bowed down. The Lord loves the righteous. The Lord preserves the foreigners. He upholds the fatherless and widow, but the way of the wicked he turns upside down."

We must also address the spiritual reality behind this injustice. Where there is systemic sin, there is often a spiritual stronghold, pride, greed, or a spirit of exploitation. We rebuke the forces of darkness that seek to divide, discourage, and devalue God’s people. We declare that no weapon formed against the workers of this land shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that the Lord would expose the lies being told to justify this favoritism and that He would raise up voices to speak truth to power.

To those who are unemployed or underemployed, we say this: Your worth is not defined by a job title, a paycheck, or the approval of a broken system. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and God has a purpose for you. Do not let discouragement steal your hope. Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, "Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed." Keep seeking Him, keep honing your skills, and trust that He will open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). If you are being pushed toward jobs that do not align with your calling, ask God for wisdom. He may be redirecting you toward something greater than you can imagine.

To those in positions of influence, employers, policymakers, coaches, we say: Repent. Repent of partiality, of deception, of valuing profit over people. Colossians 3:25 warns, "But he who does wrong will receive again for the wrong that he has done, and there is no partiality." God sees your actions, and He will judge them. We pray that your hearts would be softened, that you would see the image of God in every person, and that you would use your power to uplift rather than oppress.

Now, let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, grieving over the injustice faced by so many in this land. We lift up the unemployed, the underemployed, and those who have been treated with contempt when they seek fair work. Lord, You see their struggles, their tears, and their weariness. You know the names of those who have been passed over, the families struggling to make ends meet, and the dreams that have been deferred. We ask that You would move mightily on their behalf.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of partiality and favoritism that has taken root in this system. We declare that no man-made barrier can stand against Your will. Expose the lies being told to justify this injustice, and let truth prevail. Raise up leaders who will govern with righteousness and fairness, who will value the dignity of every worker, and who will not bow to the idols of greed or expediency.

Lord, for those who are discouraged, we pray that You would renew their strength. Remind them that their worth is found in You alone. Open doors of opportunity that no man can shut. Provide jobs that honor their skills, their experience, and their calling. Let them not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, they will reap if they do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

For those in authority, we pray for conviction. Soften their hearts to see the harm they are causing. Let them repent of their partiality and seek justice for all. May they remember that they will one day stand before You and give an account for how they treated the least of these (Matthew 25:40).

Father, we ask that You would heal the brokenness in this land. Let there be a revival of integrity, fairness, and compassion in the workplace. May Your people be salt and light, showing the world what it looks like to honor one another as image-bearers of God.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who came to set the captives free and to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor (Luke 4:18-19). It is in His name alone that we have access to You, and it is by His blood that we are redeemed. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.

We hear how worn down and angry you are, and we don’t want to just skim past that. You’ve been watching something that feels deeply unfair, qualified locals passed over again and again while the system seems rigged to favor someone else. That kind of repeated rejection does something to a person. It grinds down your sense of worth and can leave you cynical about the very leaders and structures that are supposed to protect you.

We’re not there in your country and we can’t verify every detail you’ve shared, but we can sit with the frustration you’re carrying. When you’ve built years of professional experience only to be pointed toward career coaching that feels belittling or sent on a treadmill of courses that lead nowhere, it’s not just wasted time, it’s an assault on your dignity. That matters.

One thing we’ve seen over and over is that prolonged joblessness often follows a downward path, denial, then anger, then bursts of new energy, then the slow slide into giving up, and it can really mess with your head if you don’t have people walking alongside you. Are there a few trusted believers around you who can simply be with you in this, not to give you advice but to pray and to remind you that your value isn’t up for debate based on who hires you? You might also consider whether there’s a pastor or mature Christian who can help you talk through what’s feeling hopeless right now, not to fix the job market but to steady your heart while you keep moving forward.

Lord Jesus, you see this person’s long wait, their weariness, and their anger at being treated as less than. Please meet them right here. Give them work that honors their experience and provides for their life. Guard them from despair and from becoming hard inside. Surround them with people who will stick close and speak truth, and in the waiting, let them know they are not forgotten. Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In Jesus name. Amen

Your cry has come up before the Lord, and He is not deaf to the groanings of His people. When men deal falsely with the laborer who is worthy of his hire, when the stranger is set above the native son to the breaking of honest hearts, it is no small thing in the courts of heaven. Yet I charge you, soul, to cast this burden upon Christ with a childlike trust. Bring every tangled web of injustice, every slight and every closed door, and spread it before the Man of Sorrows. He was despised and rejected of men; He knew what it was to be passed over for another, though He alone was worthy. He sympathizes with you in your weariness, for He Himself hungered and had not where to lay His head.

Do not let the root of bitterness spring up within you, for it will defile many. The temptation is strong to rail against the foolishness of rulers and to gnash your teeth at the prosperity of the ungodly; but behold, the Lord reigneth. He sitteth upon the flood, yea, He sitteth King forever. The same sovereign will that arrested a persecuting Saul on the Damascus road and made him a chosen vessel is not baffled by the counsels of princes or the schemes of men. That grand truth is no discouragement to a seeking soul, but a deep well of comfort. If the door of employment is shut, it is shut by no hand but His who permitted it, and He can open another in a way you never dreamed. The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, not by the whim of an unjust boss or the prejudice of a blind nation.

Go and tell Jesus all this bitterness, pour it out until your heart is emptied of gall. Tell Him of the career coaching that mocks your experience, of the courses that lead to a tantalizing hope and a second interview only to see the seat given to another. He knows what it is to be set at nought. Yet remember, without the grace of God, the brightest career of a man who gains the world can end in eternal ruin, and the fairest life may yet become foul. Your portion is not measured by a foreigner’s grasp or a government’s folly, but by the unsearchable riches of Christ. Wait on Him in earnest prayer, not merely for a change of circumstance, but for a heart so fixed on Jesus that no earthly disappointment can shake your peace. The Lord will right every wrong in His own time, and when He makes inquisition for blood and for groans, He will remember this against the oppressor. Until then, let your soul stay itself on that blessed hiding place, Christ Jesus, who never faileth them that trust in Him.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The Lord sees the injustice you describe, where favoritism and deceit rob the local worker of his due, and where the foreigner is exalted above the native. Yet remember that here we are all strangers and pilgrims, as was Abraham. The world is a foreign land to those who seek the City yonder. The things we wish for are often absent, and we find ourselves among much wickedness, with few friends or familiar faces. Do not, then, set your heart on this present order, for it is passing away.

Consider that even in human courts, justice is sought diligently. How much more shall God, whose right hand is full of righteousness, judge all things rightly? Do not say, "Where is the rule of justice if the wicked prosper?" Submit to God's decisions, and do not measure His ways by human reasonings. Strict justice would have consumed us all long ago, yet He mingles mercy with His judgments.

When you suffer wrong, show great consideration, just as He commands. Do not pervert justice by showing partiality to the poor or the rich, but in all things, inquire into the matter itself. If you are asked to accept a place far below your years of experience, do not despise the small talent you have. Even the unlearned Peter and John, by using what they possessed for the common good, attained to Heaven. Nothing pleases God more than living for the advantage of others.

Therefore, do not let discouragement embitter your soul. The coach who belittles you acts unjustly, but vengeance belongs to the Lord. Instead, offer up your professional skill as Abraham offered his son: hold it loosely, ready to use it wherever God places you, even in a lowly station. For excellence of soul, shown in patience, mercy, and trust, is the one thing needful. This alone will carry you safe through the fire and into the Kingdom. May you so live as one whose true citizenship is not here, but in the City of God, where no foreigner is preferred over the native, and where every tear is wiped away.

I hear the deep frustration and pain in your words. When it feels like the very ground beneath your feet is being pulled away, and those who should protect your interests seem to be looking elsewhere, it cuts deep. The love you have for your own land and people is not wrong. There is a God-given honor in wanting to see your nation thrive and your neighbors treated fairly. To burn with a righteous care for your home is a mark of a heart that is alive, not dead.

But in the midst of that burn, we must be careful where the fire is directed. The enemy of our souls has been whispering the same accusation since the Garden: that God isn’t fair, that He perverts justice. He wants you to look at the broken systems, the apparent favoritism, and the closed doors, and then lift an angry fist toward heaven, charging God with injustice. Don’t let him win that battle in your mind.

God does not pervert judgment. The Almighty does not twist what is right. That is bedrock truth, even when every earthly circumstance screams the opposite. When Job lost everything, he wasn’t wrestling with his friends’ easy answers; he was wrestling with how to stand before a God so vast and plead his cause. Your cause is not hidden from Him. He sees the discrimination, the deception, the discouraging words of coaches who minimize your years of experience. He is a God of justice, and He is excellent in power and plenty of justice, He will not simply sweep wrongs away forever.

Yet we must also remember that God’s justice doesn’t always come on our timetable, or in the way we expect. Many who turned their lives over to Him lost jobs and homes, yet found He was with them through every trial. He doesn’t promise a life free from unfair treatment, but He promises His presence. That presence is your anchor when the wait for a second interview stretches into silence and the position goes to someone who seems less qualified. It is your peace when career coaching feels designed to tear you down rather than build you up.

Resist the temptation to let bitterness take root. I know the cry is for Jesus to do something, and He can, and He might, but first let Him do something in your heart. Bring your case to Him. Pour out the frustration. Ask for wisdom and favor, yes, but also ask for a spirit that refuses to be poisoned by resentment toward foreigners. Every soul on this earth is made in God’s image. The real enemy is not the person taking the job; it is the spirit of injustice that pits people against one another, and the foolishness of human systems that cannot see eternal value.

Stand firm on this: God is absolutely fair. You can rest in that even when you can’t trace His hand. Do not fear those who seem wise in their own eyes or powerful in their schemes. Fear Him who holds all judgment and all riches. He will not afflict you without purpose, and He does not show partiality. Your years of experience are not wasted in His sight. Keep moving forward, keep knocking on doors, but do so with a heart that trusts the ultimate Judge. He will make all things right, in His way and in His time. Until then, let your native love for your home be a force for good, not a fuel for anger, and let your hope rest not in a change of earthly policy, but in the unshakable justice of the God who sees.
