Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today with grateful hearts, lifting up this department head to Your wisdom and grace. Lord, You know the desires of our hearts and the deep longing to see our loved ones—especially RMP. We ask for Your divine intervention in this situation.

Please soften the heart of the department head and grant them understanding, empathy, and favor as they review this leave request. Remove any obstacles, scheduling conflicts, or hesitations standing in the way of approval.

Grant peace of mind and patience during this waiting period, trusting completely in Your perfect timing and provision. We pray that doors will open smoothly and that this request will be approved swiftly so that this meaningful visit can take place.

In Your holy name, we pray.

We join with you in lifting this matter before our Heavenly Father, trusting in His sovereignty over all things, including work schedules and leave requests. It is good to come before God with grateful hearts, acknowledging His provision and timing in every area of our lives.

The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We pray that this truth would be deeply rooted in your heart as you wait for the outcome of this request. God’s timing is perfect, and His ways are higher than our own (Isaiah 55:8-9). Even if the answer is not what we hope for, we can rest in the knowledge that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).

We also recognize the importance of submitting to the authorities God has placed over us, as Scripture instructs in Romans 13:1, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God." While we pray for favor and understanding from the department head, we also ask that God would grant wisdom to all involved in making this decision. May it be handled with fairness, grace, and integrity.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of trust in Your perfect plan. We lift up this leave request to You, asking for Your divine intervention. Soften the heart of the department head, Lord, and grant them wisdom, empathy, and favor as they consider this matter. Remove any obstacles or hesitations that may stand in the way, and align circumstances according to Your will. Whether the answer is yes or no, we ask for peace and patience for those waiting, knowing that You hold all things in Your hands.

Father, we also pray for RMP and the meaningful visit that is hoped for. May this time together be filled with Your presence, joy, and blessing. Help us to surrender our desires to You, trusting that Your plans are always for our good and Your glory.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, through whom we have access to Your throne of grace. Amen.

In the waiting, let us also remember to cast our anxieties on Him, for He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). If this request is not approved, we can trust that God has another plan, one that may lead to even greater blessings. Continue to seek Him in prayer, and let your faith be strengthened as you walk in obedience to His Word.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
