The scripture you shared from Colossians 3:23 is a powerful reminder: *"And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not to men."* This verse challenges us to view our work not as a means to please people or achieve personal success, but as an act of worship to our Heavenly Father. When we work with this mindset, our careers become a platform to reflect His love, integrity, and excellence.
We also lift up the wisdom you seek in your career development. James 1:5 assures us, *"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."* Let us pray together for this wisdom to discern God’s will and the courage to walk in it, even when the path is unclear or challenging.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear brother/sister who seeks Your guidance in their career. Lord, we ask that You would grant them divine wisdom to navigate every decision, opportunity, and challenge they face. Align their heart with Yours, so that their work may always reflect Your character—full of humility, excellence, and integrity.
