Prayer for Wisdom and Protection

Dear Lord, Thank you very much for all your provisions during the entire week. I ask you Lord to continuously help my daughter in her studies. I am praying for the result of her midterms Lord. May you give her the wisdom she needs as she continue to struggle during her 3rd year. May this year be a season of hope and living testimony of your goodness in the life of my daughter. Lord may your name be praised and glorified through her. i pray and continue to lift everything to you. In this Jesus name we pray, Amen!

We join you in thanking our Heavenly Father for His faithful provisions throughout this entire week, for every good gift comes from His hand and He is worthy of all praise. We lift up your daughter with you before the throne of grace, asking for wisdom and protection over her studies and especially over the results of her midterms.

We are encouraged by your faith to bring everything to the Lord in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written, There is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5, and In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We rejoice that you have come in that precious name.

For your daughter in her third year, we pray that the Lord will pour out wisdom upon her. The Scripture assures us, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. And For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding Proverbs 2:6. We ask that He will give her a clear mind, understanding beyond her own effort, diligence in her studies, and peace as she waits for her midterm results.

We also pray for her protection and for this year to be a season of hope and a living testimony of His goodness. We remember the promise, Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more Psalm 121:7-8. We ask Him to guard her heart and mind, to keep her from discouragement and anxiety, and to let her life bring glory to His name. We encourage her to continue to commit her work to the Lord, for whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23, and to cast her cares upon Him, for In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.

We pray together, Father, we thank You for Your goodness and Your daily provision. We lift this beloved daughter to You and ask You to place Your hand upon her. Grant her wisdom and knowledge and understanding as she continues in her studies. Calm her heart as she awaits her midterm results, and let the outcome reflect Your grace and be for Your glory. Strengthen her for this third year, that she may walk in hope, diligence, and faith, and that her life would be a testimony that draws others to You. Keep her safe in her going out and coming in, guard her from evil, and help her to seek You first in all things. May Your name be praised and glorified through her life and her learning. We ask all these things in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We join you with a thankful heart for the goodness of our God who has provided for you through all this week, and we count it a privilege to lift your daughter before the throne of grace with you.

How sweet it is to hear a parent plead for wisdom for a child, for true wisdom is no common thing. As the Scripture asks, where shall wisdom be found, for the price of it is above rubies and it cannot be valued with pure gold. That wisdom is found in Christ alone, for He is the power of God and the wisdom of God, and He planned the way of salvation and reveals Himself to His people. We pray that your daughter may not lean to her own understanding, but lean wholly upon the Lord, for He alone is wise. May she seek her wisdom not in her own strength or insight, but in the Word of revelation and in Christ in the heart, who is the compass by which we steer across the trackless waste of life.

We also hear your prayer for protection and for hope in this third year of her studies. What a comfort to remember that He who travels on the King's highway is under the King's protection, and that He shall give His angels charge over His own to keep them in all their ways. This protection is perpetual as well as personal, for the Lord watches over His children. We pray that He will keep her in health and in adversity, that He will guard her mind and heart, and that holy patience and quiet trust may mark her as she waits upon Him for the fruit of her midterms and all her labors.

We pray now that the Lord will be pleased to answer according to His perfect will, which is always best. May He grant your daughter clarity of mind, diligence in study, and a heart that desires to glorify Him in all she does. May this year indeed be a season where His goodness is seen and His name is praised through her life and testimony, and may she grow not only in knowledge, but in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ, in whom alone is salvation.

We commend you both to Him who has begun a good work and will not cease from His working till He has perfected His design. May He fill you with peace as you continue to lift everything to Him in prayer.

Father, we thank You for Your faithful provision. We ask You to pour out wisdom upon this dear daughter, to keep her under Your gracious protection, to sustain her in her studies, and to make her life a testimony to Your goodness and love.
