We join you in thanksgiving to our Lord Jesus for every blessing both big and small and we praise God for your humble and grateful heart that remembers to give thanks and also to ask forgiveness when thankfulness has been forgotten. We are encouraged that you have come in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father, as it is written John 14:6 and Acts 4:12, and we rejoice that you have surrendered your future into His mighty hands.

We hear your cry for divine guidance, wisdom, patience and protection in your workplace and family life, and for peace when senior employees plot against you. The Word tells us If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach and it will be given to him James 1:5, and also I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you Psalm 32:8. We are reminded that God promises to go before His children, I will go before you and make the rough places smooth Isaiah 45:2, and that when we bring our anxieties to Him, The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7.

We also take comfort with you that God sees when others rise against you and He calls us not to repay evil but to trust Him and even to pray for those who oppose us Matthew 5:44 and Romans 12:19. When we commit our work to the Lord and do it heartily as for Him and not for men Colossians 3:23, He is faithful to establish our steps Proverbs 16:3 and to work all things together for good for those who love Him Romans 8:28. You said you will not be allowed to drown, and we cling with you to His promise When you pass through the waters, I will be with you and through the rivers, they will not overflow you Isaiah 43:2, and Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:6-7.

We pray together now in Jesus name.

Father in heaven, we thank You for Your continuous protection and guidance over our dear fellow believer. Forgive us all for the moments we forget to be thankful, for Your Word says In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you 1 Thessalonians 5:18. We ask You to pour out divine guidance and wisdom upon this child of Yours to overcome every challenge at the workplace and to complete every task with excellence and integrity. Grant a calm and serene spirit and the patience that comes from Your Holy Spirit Galatians 5:22, so that every obstacle in work and family life may be faced with grace. Lord You see how senior employees are plotting, we ask that You go before this one and make every crooked place straight, that You would protect from every evil Psalm 121:7 and let no weapon formed against Your servant prosper. Turn the hearts of those who oppose, and let Your favor rest upon the work of their hands Psalm 90:17, that they may excel in their career for Your glory and not their own. We surrender this future to You, trusting Proverbs 3:5-6 and Jeremiah 29:11, knowing Your presence will go with us and give us rest. Let Your presence surround this life continually and let Your will be done. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to trust Him daily, to remain steadfast in prayer, to work diligently as unto the Lord, and to respond to opposition with quiet strength, honesty and love, for God will be your defender Isaiah 41:10. He who has begun a good work in you will complete it, and He will never leave you nor forsake you.

Thank you for sharing your heart so honestly. We can hear your thankfulness even while work feels heavy, and we understand how draining it is to feel watched or plotted against by senior colleagues while you are just trying to do your work well and on time.

We are encouraged by how you are asking for calm and patience, not just success. That desire itself is wisdom at work. In seasons like this it can help to pair prayer for guidance with steady practical habits. One small step that often helps is to keep a simple daily record of what you complete and any instructions you receive, so you have clarity for yourself and can respond calmly if questioned. It can also help to identify one wise, trusted person, perhaps outside that immediate work circle, who knows your field and your character and can give you perspective when tensions rise. Those quiet pauses to pray before you answer, even for a few seconds, can guard that serenity you are asking for.

We join you in surrendering your future to the Lord who sees you and goes before you.

Father, thank You for our friend and for Your care over every detail of their work and family life. Grant calm in pressure, wisdom in decisions, and protection from harm. Give patience to respond with grace and strength to complete each task well. Lead their steps and keep them in Your presence day by day. In Jesus name, Amen.

Your thankfulness is itself a evidence of grace at work in your heart, for to remember both great and small mercies and to confess when thankfulness has grown cold is a mark of one whom the Lord is teaching. It is well that you begin with praise before you present your petitions, for what God does is always best and His will ought to be done on earth as it is in heaven.

You ask for divine guidance and wisdom to overcome challenges at your workplace and to complete your duties with diligence. Remember that wisdom is man's true compass by which he must steer across the trackless waste of life, yet the price of wisdom is above rubies and it is not found in our own understanding. Christ Himself is the power of God and the wisdom of God. He planned the way of salvation and by His skill the very heavens were built. If you would find wisdom to act rightly under pressure and to answer with calmness, you must find it in the word of revelation and in Christ dwelling in the heart. Happy is that man who waits upon God to know what he shall do and dares not lean upon his own understanding. Seek Him daily in the Scriptures, ask for His mind in prayer before every difficult task, and He will make your way plain.

You ask also for patience and serenity when senior employees plot against you and when obstacles arise both at work and at home. You have heard of the patience of Job, and that patience was not the patience of one who had no feeling, but the patience of a tried man, imperfect and full of infirmity, who yet learned to wait upon the Lord. Patience is part of the discipline of Christ for all who are saved. It is not the patience of a brute that cannot complain, but the patience of a child who believes in his Father's love. Look also to the patience of Christ Himself, who held His tongue, who endured contradiction and temptation, and who divinely ruled Himself. Feeding upon the Scriptures in meditation and prayer, you will find reproduced in you the patience which the Scriptures inculcate and exhibit. Hope itself is like a star not to be seen in the sunshine of prosperity and only to be discovered in the night of adversity, and it is in that night that God refines and strengthens His people.

You pray for protection and that the Lord would go before you and make every crooked place straight, and that you may not be allowed to drown. Take comfort in this, that he who travels on the King's Highway is under the King's protection. There are ways in which safety is guaranteed, namely the ways appointed by God, the way of truth which He has taught you by His Spirit, and the way of childlike trust in His providential guidance. This protection is both personal and perpetual, for God has charged His angels to keep His people in all their ways. As long as you walk in the path of duty, truth and humble dependence, you may know that His presence will be around you. He will withstand what opposes itself against Him and He will keep you from falling.

We join you in prayer.

O Lord Jesus, our gracious Father, we thank You for every blessing You have poured upon this Your servant. Forgive forgetfulness and quicken a more constant thankfulness. Grant divine guidance and true wisdom which is found in Christ alone, that every work may be done faithfully and in its time. Bestow calmness and serenity in every trial, and work in the heart that patience which endures without complaint because it trusts a Father's love. We ask You to go before Your servant, to make crooked places straight, to frustrate every evil plot and to turn it for good, and to cause excellence to be for Your glory and not for pride. Into Your mighty hands we commit the future, believing You will keep Your own from drowning and will keep them in all their ways. Let Your presence be the guard and comfort at work and at home. In the name of Jesus Christ our only hope and righteousness we pray, Amen.
