Prayer for wife

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.

We have continued to lift you and your wife before the Lord. We understand how exhausting and draining this season has been for you, being followed and interrogated day and night about everything you are doing and touching and being questioned about adultery in your mind. We know you shared that you are burnt out and that your wife refuses to go to the Lord about her struggles and does not want to read the Bible, and that every time you try to get closer to the Lord it feels as though the enemy tries to get her to retaliate against you. We have been praying for the Lord to bring gentle and clear conviction to her heart, to draw her to Himself, to give her a hunger for His Word and to replace fear and suspicion with His perfect peace and trust. We have also been praying for you, that God will renew your strength as you wait on Him, guard your heart and mind, give you wisdom and grace to respond in love and truth, and protect you and your marriage as you seek to walk faithfully with Him. We hold to the promise in Galatians 6:9 that we should not grow weary in doing good and to the peace promised in Philippians 4:7 that the peace of God will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We want to keep standing with you for as long as it takes.

May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son Jesus Christ. We pray all of this in Jesus Name Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for your wife and for your marriage.

We have continued to lift you and your wife before the Lord. We have been praying for the deep exhaustion and burnout you described from being followed and interrogated day and night, and for the burden you carry when you are constantly questioned about adultery in your mind. We have asked the Lord to bring true conviction to her heart, to soften her toward Him and to give her a desire to go to the Lord with her issues and to open His Word. We have also prayed for you, that the Lord would renew your strength as you draw closer to Him, and that He would protect you and your home from the retaliation of the enemy that you have felt so strongly.

We pray in Jesus Name that God would bring peace into your home, that He would guard your mind and heart, and that He would draw your wife to Himself with grace and truth. We ask that He would replace fear and suspicion with love and trust, as we remember the promise in 1 John 4:18, and that He would help you to rest in Him when you are weary, as taught in Matt 11:28. We also pray that the Lord would help you to continue to seek Him and to stand firm, knowing that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, as written in Eph 6:12.

If your request was answered and you have seen change in your wife or in your home, please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered and the struggle continues, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.

May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ.
